The hotel itself is very good. The staff is friendly, the rooms are small, but clean and new, everything is there. Although I really missed the kettle for heating water in the room. The breakfasts are the same, limited buffet. But it's delicious. What pissed me off was the fan in the bathroom. It is connected to the light switch button. You enter and constantly hear it buzzing. The acoustics there are peculiar - it seems like a swarm of bees around the head. Whether you go to the toilet, brush your teeth or take a shower, the buzzing fan is always with you. But the most interesting thing is that it does not turn off with the light off, but works for another 15-20 minutes. The walls are thin and the audibility is excellent. And a swarm of bees is always with you. You can turn it off only by forcibly removing the card from the power supply slot.
If the hotel had 3* there would be no questions, but...4*, for what?!
A small narrow room, similar to a basement, only 2 of them were cleaned during the three days of our stay
2 bottles of water that were put in the refrigerator for us, we drank on the first day and that's it, it didn't appear anymore
There are no slippers, a kettle and tea too, even in Asian 3* hotels it is provided
Euro sockets, you need an adapter, the hotel will not provide it for you, only buy it for 450 rubles from them
There is nowhere much to go in this area
Wi-fi works intermittently, during our stay there was some kind of renovation in the basement and everywhere smelled of burnt wiring
Of the advantages of the hotel: delicious breakfast (but dirty plates), close to the center 15-20 minutes on foot
Maybe hotels in Europe have their own standards, I do not know, but I will not return here
Great hotel. Very friendly Russian-speaking staff, excellent condition of the rooms, daily cleaning except weekends. The breakfast buffet is very varied, so you won't get bored during a standard vacation. It takes 20-25 minutes to get to the National Museum. Even by tram, even by metro. The price and quality of the hotel are at a high level! I recommend.
It is close enough to the center, good service, the administrators speak Russian (they will explain and prompt everything), the rooms are small but cozy enough. There is a shop and small eateries/bars nearby. A buffet breakfast is served.
The hotel does not pull for 4*. During the stay, there was dust and a smell from the renovation work, it was uncomfortable outside the room. There were no toiletries , except 3 in 1 gel shampoo :-(The bathroom floor is cold, after a shower I had to walk on towels. So the hotel is acceptable, but it does not pull for 4 *. Rooms with beds for short people facing the road are generally embarrassing, take an improved one.
The hotel positions itself at 4 stars. Lie. A weak three. There were 8 days. The towels were changed after 2 days. Nothing changed for the other 6 days. The cleaning of the rooms is weak, there is no cleanliness. There are no individual accessories in the bathtub (you can buy them at the reception), only liquid soap. There are no slippers. There is no kettle, tea leaves, sugar. Almost all rooms overlook the roadway - the noise from cars is around the clock. The breakfasts are normal, but the 8 days were EXACTLY the same. The only advantage is that the bus stop is close and not far from the center. I do not recommend it!!!!
Excellent hotel, very clean and comfortable rooms, very tasty breakfasts. There are stops near the hotel, you can get to the center in about 15 minutes.
I recommend.
I must say right away that we were not offered a room to choose from. They said they had an electronic system, which number the computer would give them , and they settled in. Our room was on the attic floor, there was a window in the roof, which was very inconvenient, because the wind blew right into my head. The hotel itself is good. The staff is friendly, the rooms are small, like a subway car, narrow and long, but clean and new, everything is there. What I didn't like: the air conditioner hangs directly above the bed, when it was installed, they didn't think that it would blow directly into the head. There was not enough kettle to heat the water in the room. The breakfasts are the same, limited buffet. But it's delicious. The walls are thin and the audibility is excellent.
