I came back today so impressed!
Everything was thought out to the smallest detail!!
I have been traveling for several years now and I can say that this is the best travel agency I have traveled with all the time.
I was looking for a good travel agency and, according to good reviews, the Voyage travel agency attracted attention.
And I'm glad I didn't make a mistake in my choice.
Everything is thought out so thoroughly that I can't find a single minus at all.
Alla is such a nice person, she paid attention to each of us, organized a chat where she wrote all the information, shared photos and videos from our trip.
We had such a good and friendly group.
Only a professional can organize a trip so competently!!
I returned from this trip so happy, emotions are just overwhelming!!

I've traveled from the Voyage travel agency twice and I'm going to do it again. The tours amaze with their thoughtfulness to the smallest detail, visits to unusual objects, and dinners in posh places. And the price of the tour is the same as the others. Alla is just great! I read reviews that I didn't always answer calls the way the other side would have liked. I thought that I called myself on Saturday and Sunday, not considering that the person has a day off, some other plans. And how many such calls?! But I always found understanding. I recommend this company to everyone now. I look forward to warmth and new trips with Alla!

Early this morning, I returned with a group of students from an interesting and eventful trip (Brest - Ruzhany - Kossovo - Slonim). The tour was organized at the highest level, everything was thought out to the smallest detail in order to see and learn as much as possible within a certain time frame. With a lot of positive emotions, with new knowledge (relevant for the exam in the history of Belarus) and vivid impressions, we got off the train in our native Svetlogorsk. Thank you very much!

A great organizer!
I went on a Dombay tour/Kislovodsk/Balkaria. A rich program, this is one, the maximum coverage of all possible places is two.
Full support and solution of any organizational issues on a turnkey basis, including during the trip - these are three. I was very pleased to visit additional places that were not announced in the program, while no additional fee was charged! Very decent and delicious food included in the price of the program! Well, it's just a very emotional atmosphere: the director of the company, Alla, made the trip unforgettable, including with her presence! I recommend it!

The information on the site is incorrect, during the clarification of information in the correspondence, they do not answer the questions asked, and as a result, I am in the block =)))

Good afternoon. I just returned from another trip with a Voyage tour last night. I am writing another one because I have been using the services of this travel agency for the second decade.
Every time you return from such a trip, you feel inspired, a pleasant aftertaste, emotions roll over and over again.
It is clear that I am not the only one who has been charged with positive energy. Our manager created a chat for this trip and in the morning people write greetings, thanks, and send shared photos. We were so united by this trip, the people who found themselves in it are completely different in their place of residence, professions, and views on life. But the beauty of the Belarusian nature, Lake Naroch, Blue lakes, forests, Belarusian churches, the Greatness of the Belarusian "Notre Dame" (church in Gervyaty) did not leave anyone indifferent.
The tour turned out to be very diverse and eventful. From each trip, I bring something new for myself, starting from impressions, ending with dishes and drinks. What is worth only narochansky "Krupnik", made according to ancient recipes. This drink was known back in the 18th century. And the Belarusian pancakes? We even had a dispute about the recipe and the name. It turned out that each area has its own recipe. Borscht and of course moonshine for borscht is beyond praise.
And an unforgettable night swim in Naroch, early morning, beautiful sunrise. What could be better? It can!! Go sailing on a snow-white yacht when the "sea" breeze blows in your face. And the company? Exceptional!!!
And what were our supervisor's eyes worth when she saw that we were getting incomparable impressions.
Maybe my review turned out to be messy, but I really want to tell you a lot ...
but it's better to see it once.
I am falling in love with the Belarusian land more and more and all thanks to the Voyage tour. Each trip is unforgettable and leaves a pleasant aftertaste.

We are very sorry that we did not listen to the negative reviews. A month before the trip to Grodno, 5.10 we called the company and signed up. We agreed that we would take train tickets on our own, and when asked about the registration of the trip, Alla Valeryevna said that she was on vacation now, and it would be 26.09. When we bought tickets, there were questions. We decided to check with the agency. The office turned out to be closed, they called Alla Valeryevna. In an irritated tone, we were told to take tickets wherever you want, but she was busy, she had clients and disconnected. 27 we called the company asking when to come to arrange a trip. We received the answer: "Whoever needs it has already taken shape, but there are no places." We were blamed for not liking the train and for coming to the office. We use the services of travel agencies more than once and have never met such an unfriendly, much less boorish attitude.
As a result, we contacted the Minsk travel agency, arranged a trip, and went to Grodno. Everything was done at a high professional level, with friendly staff. We do not recommend contacting this company.

I'll tell you our situation. My mother and my son ordered a tour to Grodno through this company. At first everything was fine, they told me which documents to collect, take, what and how. Mom went and bought tickets for the train from Mogilev. The child tuned in. And just yesterday, the representative of this company stopped answering questions, raising phones, wrote only to Viber that she had to refuse the trip... There was no answer to the question: "On what basis?". Tickets are on hand, the travel agency threw it. So that's how it is. Be careful with them.

This is not my first (hopefully not my last) trip to Moscow with this agency. There is always something new to see for those who have already seen it for the first time.
The Polesie Hotel is great! The location is in the center. The sights are within walking distance, the metro is nearby. This is very important for a tourist!!! You can plan according to your taste and interests in your free time.
On the second day there was a trip to the Yusupov estate, in Arkhangelsk. It is a very atmospheric place to take a walk and look at the beauty of the manor architecture of the 19th century. After visiting the estate, I planned a concert at the church. The church is a 3-minute walk from the hotel and there are many concerts for every taste.
I want to note that in all the tours that I bought at the agency (Moscow, Brest, Grodno, Naroch) there are no passing guides. Only professionals in their field. Special thanks for such a selection.
The dinners, by the way, were also great. There were 2 lunches planned for the Moscow Beauty tour. The first was in the refectory of the Cathedral of Christ the Savior, the second was in the teahouse, after visiting the estate. We ate delicious pilaf!

I contacted the Voyage travel agency in order to find an excursion tour. From the very beginning, the agency representative showed her disrespectful attitude towards clients (she was solving some issue on the phone and talking to me in a hurry along the way; I was not satisfied with this and I said that I would wait until she was free, to which I received indignation in response in terms of "I'll start for now so that it would be faster", as It's like she's late for something; then another woman (who apparently works in the same building) came in and they agreed to meet in 10 minutes, which means she wasn't going to give me enough time.) After the question: "why do you treat clients like this?" boorish answers sounded, as a result, she told to leave the office altogether. We didn't want to listen to all this rudeness and left. I've never seen such a rude, boorish and disgusting attitude towards customers, or just people who applied for a service... And now I've also read the reviews and the rude responses to them in the same manner, I'm just horrified. I do not recommend contacting this company to anyone.

Terrible communication with customers. We have booked a tour. The manager promised to call back to tell us the details, we have already made plans and adjusted the vacation. At the last moment, the manager informs me that I have removed you from the list because it seemed to me that you did not want to. She's always busy, she's not up to you. A careless attitude. I do not recommend contacting this company!!!

We returned from a trip to Arkhyz more than a month ago, and in our thoughts we are still there. It was the first time we ordered a tour from this agency, especially after reading bad reviews, it was kind of creepy, especially since we are from Minsk, and the Voyage is in Gomel.
They didn't regret it at all.
Everything was so thought out: the food (lunch on arrival was gorgeous, Caucasian), the bus, the hotel.
Everything is clear, on the case, on time.
The tourists came from different cities, but we eventually became friends, which we will definitely repeat next year.
Many thanks to Alla for organizing such an unforgettable trip. Everything was cool and at the highest level.

Good afternoon! I very rarely write reviews, BUT IN THIS CASE I JUST CAN'T HELP BUT WRITE! We ordered a vacation in Kabardinka from Alla, paid for a one-way trip and a hotel reservation, and that was the end of our communication. I called, tried to find out more information about our vacation, in response I heard "I'm busy, I'll call you back, I'll write everything to you" That they were dropping us off at the bus station and we had to get further ourselves, we found out only in Kabardinka. A day after our arrival, Alla deigned to write a message "How are you?" I can only answer now, THANKS TO OTHER PEOPLE, OUR VACATION WAS SUCCESSFUL! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TOUR OPERATOR TO ANYONE!!!THERE IS ZERO INFORMATION, DISREGARD FOR PEOPLE. I GOT THE MONEY AND GOODBYE!

I read the previous reviews and am a little perplexed, is this really about the Voyage?
I have been going on vacation with them for two years in a row (Bukovel 2022 and Arkhyz 2023)
Everything is thought out and I like the fact that the Tour Organizer goes with us herself, all issues that arise along the way are resolved promptly and in favor of customers. The trip to Arkhyz was organized for the first time, but passed without problems.
A chic hotel, all transport issues were organized on time, even those who wanted to go for a ride to Dombai were taken (although this trip was not announced in the tour program).
Now I plan to carry out all trips only through a VOYAGE TOUR

We have been cooperating with the travel agency Tourism and Leisure Voyage for 3 years. They never let me down. Corporate trips are organized and thought out to the smallest detail. Even the organization of free time, if anyone has no idea where to put it on a trip)))) Thank you very much to Alla for her professionalism in drawing up routes and for the logistics of trips. The last trip with a Voyage on February 20-21, 2021 to Logoisk-Silichi was a 5-plus success. Both children and adults really liked the variety of types of recreation: from active (skiing, skating, boards and buns) to relaxation (sauna, kebabs, night festivities). Tired, but very satisfied, they returned home without delay. Special respect to the driver Evgeny for his professionalism and invaluable help in learning to ski) and cooking a delicious barbecue. Good luck to you guys. We are waiting for the opening of borders and new tours from Tourism and Leisure Voyage.

I am outraged by unfair reviews.
Yesterday we planned and discussed with my husband a trip for the May holidays.
They began to look for what the Voyage offers and found this writing.
Is this competition in a pandemic?
Our first trip with this company was about ten years ago.
My friends advised me (and we went with the children!). I really liked it. That is why we have already advised our friends, sometimes we travel with a large company, but the result is always the same - memorable trips!
In a good way, memorable!
I want to say a huge thank you for such a wonderful holiday organization. Professionalism at the highest level!
Every stop on the road has been thought out, everything is fine-tuned and coordinated. The attendant is very friendly and responsive, ready to answer any question, suggest and advise how best.
In my opinion, Voyage really thinks about the quality of rest, about the comfort of tourists.
Not only the program of excursions and hotel accommodation have been thought out, but also leisure time!
It always turns out to relax both body and soul))
I do not exclude that someone did not like something. But let's be honest. Everyone has their own character. There are people who don't like everything))).
I highly recommend trips!
I will definitely plan my vacation with Voyage.

A trip to St. Petersburg. The bus was half an hour late. Then it turned out that we were late and the drivers refused to make a sanitary stop on demand (the child endured almost all night and did not sleep).On the way back to Gomel, they didn't even offer tea. The tour guide was hired disgusting. Much of the program has not been completed. The hotel, breakfasts and dinners are excellent.
