The rooms do not have ventilation. The draft is poorly organized (confusion, huge queues, stuffiness). The staff is not going to improve the quality of service. The toilet on the street is like in the village, only worse (because of the large number of people). There is no access to water. The state claims to spend a lot on the army, and making a civil toilet in the 21st century is a big difficulty.
