It is a very atmospheric place, there are several questions about organizational issues (once they reported the cancellation of the session just in fact, on the spot).
The staff is very pleasant, they will always answer all questions, help, and clarify several times if everything is fine.
The massage is not bad, there are many different chips.
If you're going for the atmosphere, you're definitely here. It is also a good option for a gift.

2 went for a relaxing massage. According to the certificate, it lasts 60 minutes. In fact, 40 minutes had passed when I heard the masseuse's voice in my ear that the session was over. The second thing that was not entirely clear was that we were massaged only in the supine position, they did not turn over on their backs. There is something to compare it with, so I didn't like it.
The covers on the couches were washed with a very chemical powder, it was unpleasant to breathe with your nose buried, and even then to wash after that. And considering that I'm allergic, the whole session was just thinking so as not to spoil my vacation with allergies.
When they offered to drink water, glasses were brought. The water smelled of mud... I was completely upset. We didn't complain, didn't show any signs, just left after the session, saying "thank you."

It all started at the entrance. It's like I've come home, but it's not my home. The masseur walked around in tiny short socks, greeted me and offered to help me undress. It was all starting to look very nice, pleasant, but still I would not allow the girl to take off (and put on) my coat. After all, she is equal to me, even though I am a guest.
At every step, I wanted to freeze and look at all the details of the interior, with music playing softly against the background. Rimma's soft voice called me up the stairs, where she showed me where to undress, where to lie down, what to hide.
..and so, a few moments later, I'm lying with my head buried in the headrest of the massage table, my body is shrouded on all sides by soft, trembling sheets, in which I want to bury my head and hug them And then..then I was just over the moon. Her strong, but at the same time gentle touches massaged my clogged back, my fat forearms, my crispy fingers, my legs with a pair of bristles, my rough heels and crooked toes. I have experienced frisson several dozen times while on the massage table. Everything was so relaxed that I was half asleep and only sometimes strong touches, cold oil applied to the body and a tremulous whisper in my ear "I'll hold the blanket, and you'll turn over" brought me to my senses, awakened and called Frisson again.
After a session of relaxing full-body massage, I felt lightness and really relaxation in my body, in the muscles that were tense, in my back, I was ready to fly out of there like a butterfly, but I really wanted to stay more ...
After the session, I could sit downstairs, leaf through the printed edition, drink my favorite of the offered drinks. To remember everything that happened from above, to remember the feeling of lightness in the body and mentally return to wet, gray everyday life.

Terrible approach to clients.
We bought a certificate with the girl and signed up for a massage. 2 hours before the appointed time, the girl's stomach was very ill, an ambulance was called. Due to the current situation, we decided to postpone the massage time, however, the staff of this institution reported that due to this postponement of the session, we will lose 50% of the cost of the service (such rules), and this is 70p.
As a result, they lost their money to nowhere.
I even lost the desire to record again.
I do not advise you to contact this institution!!!

I would like to duplicate here, too, an incredibly positive review about the work of Nadezhda's massage therapist, who just saved my back! My back hurt for a sooooo long time, maybe eight months, maybe even more, I can't remember when the pain appeared. But the pain was not constant, and when I tilted my head forward, I felt tension all over my spine, even sports were a burden. I've even come to terms with it. After 9 sessions (I just didn't need any more), I realized that my back might not hurt, and that the condition that I already perceived as normal was not the norm. Now my back doesn't hurt AT ALL, it's just an incredible light feeling! Thank you very much to Nadezhda, she not only gave me high-quality massage sessions, but also created all the conditions for me to feel like a client who is really happy and wants to help!

We expected something more. We arrived with my wife 10 minutes before the start of the session. We were told to wait 5-10 minutes because the master is on his way. In total, we waited 30 minutes. For some reason, I managed to arrive on time from another city, and the massage masters cannot arrive at the appointed time (in my opinion, this is not serious). During the session, the master left me alone, because clients came and purchased certificates (my wife and I paid $ 100 is not that much money, but this time is for us, not for potential clients). Then the pizza was delivered and I was left alone again (in my opinion, someone should do this, not a massage master). Massage is not about anything at all. We came to the whole body, but not all parts of the body were massaged, we started 15 minutes later, finished 15 minutes earlier. Logically, they started later and finished earlier. Instead of 1.30 minutes, 1.15 minutes came out. This is not conceivable. It's cold in the room. We drove with positive emotions, but at the exit there were unclear feelings! Sincere and honest feedback, think about it.
