I really love the products of this store, but the service in a particular store leaves much to be desired. The first time I bought goods worth 80p, and a week later I go in, and another seller explains that it turns out there is a discount card system from 50p, but for some reason I was not offered this discount card!!! Once again, I go in, one seller says, "we have a special offer, everything with white price tags is a 15% discount." The next day I go in, there is already another seller, which is what is on the price tag and there is a promotional price. I ask, "Why was it different yesterday?" In response: "Oh, well, yes." He starts counting some simple amount out of his head, he calls it, I say that 15% will be such and such an amount, and not what you call it. Again, a disgruntled face and "Oh, well, yes, I just have a computer stuck here"
