So dear Anastasia and all those who do not know: The buyer is NOT OBLIGED!!! pay for goods that are randomly damaged, crashed, etc. directly within the store itself! And yes, this does not mean that you can walk around and throw products off the shelves with your hands. There is such a thing as buyer protection, read the laws. Of course, they can offer to pay, but you are not obliged to pay and you do not violate any laws!!!

The cash registers in the store are located disgustingly. There are many people, there is only one cashier. 10.10.2024 I was driving from the hospital and decided to go to the store. I bought groceries, stood in line at the checkout. I didn't check the receipt, but I took it with me. Only at home I saw that the same product was punched twice.
This is science for me, I need to check the receipts. What kind of assessment can there be when you are being deceived. And it doesn't matter if it was careless or intentional.
