Modern residential complex, clean entrances, shops on the 1st floor, which have everything you need. Free parking. Barys Arena is nearby. There is a barbecue in the next yard. Taxi drivers need to be told to drive up from the yard, otherwise their navigator leads to another part of the house where there are no entrances.

But the check-in from Kerey Zhanibek Khanov Street is a round-the-clock hassle, the house parking at 46A and the passage to the courtyards had to be done separately, since due to the multitude of parking guests and car owners of the residential complex, a collapse is formed during peak Hours and, as a result, driver conflicts. The maintenance of the house territory is very good, but it is worth paying attention to the condition of children's entertainment facilities.
