For the convenience of customers who came for the first time during the Spa, it would be great to additionally indicate on the salon's website and in the description of the Cream promotion that it is more convenient to go to the salon from Komsomolskaya Street.

According to the salon, there are disadvantages. This is not a SPA, but rather a massage room + a hairdresser. The interior is modest. There are no particular complaints about the service itself. But customer focus is at zero. Rudeness when communicating with an admin (she is also a massage therapist) with a client. When they sent me a "reminder" about the recording, they did not even address me by name, they did not tell me about the preparation for the service. When I said that I was booked for a spa treatment for two, they answered : "We are aware." There is a layer of dust on the counter in the cabin, they meet with a non-active person, one pair of shoe covers (visible for verification). When I asked about the second one, they said that we could go without (in our street shoes!!!). They do not ask about contraindications. The massage room is also dirty, disposable slippers are traumatic. It is impossible to find your service on the site, by clicking on the spa services, you get to the nail service. I do not recommend it.
The customer service is at zero, it says they work on weekends from 10 a.m. I call them at 10, no one picks them up, then I call at 10:30, again no one picks them up. Instead of calling back, I receive a message on Viber: How can I help? Further, during the conversation, I find out that they do not have an administrator and how they could and answered, I think okay. The session time is free for this day at 11:20, but I'm like 11 o'clock. I am writing - give me 20 minutes of travel time so that I can arrive at 11:40 and make it in time. The answer is no, all the masters will be busy. Accordingly, if they had answered my call promptly at 10-10:30, I would have been in time for 11:20. I do not recommend visiting!
The first time I visited this institution, I want to highlight a couple of points. We purchased certificates for the Grand Relax complex with a young man. There are no complaints about the masters as a whole, there were no negative moments on their part.
Firstly, it is possible to buy shoe covers for visitors in an elementary way. It turned out that we were led into a massage room in street shoes, and there we were already given slippers, from which one name. The simplest hygiene!!!
Secondly, Certificates were purchased electronically on cream, there was only a total time of 100 minutes in the description of the complex, respectively, like all normal people, we decided to read on the official website, where the information is indicated as in the photo. Customers are being misled!!! The specialist on the phone said that the full body massage is not 60 minutes, but 25!!!
Separately, I want to note that disposable panties (thongs) are issued, for men too (!), during massage, women's breasts are not covered (for accessories and those who are shy), it was not very important for me.
The cedar barrel is visited alternately, that is, one is in the barrel for 15 minutes, the other is sitting and waiting on a chair for this time, then vice versa. Everything else was at the same time.
About the scrub and masks, the right advice. Once again, you can ask if the client is allergic to the components. And it's better to tell exactly how masks affect the body, maybe not everyone has done a wrap in their life.
Tea with candy, so to speak, is a pleasant end to the session.

Then we went into the salon and undressed, the husband went to the toilet turned on the faucet to wash his hands and the water poured directly into him. Shock. Then they didn't give us shoe covers and we went into the treatment room right in our wet shoes. They gave the sneakers one name, then they fell apart, then they tore and we went into the barrel in turn, so first I and my husband waited for 20 minutes, then he and I waited. Then all the procedures were done at the same time. There are no questions for the masters. But I definitely won't go there a second time.
I liked the massage, the masters are pleasant, there are no questions for them. But they signed up for a facial massage, as a result, they did a massage of the face, neck and decollete area, and this is already other money. This was explained by the absence of a master, although this is the same massage aching neck and decollete area.
