We arrived at 11, the food was already cold, warmed up in the microwave, and the price tag was just tin, it was cheaper to eat in a private cafe, I took: compote, pea soup, mashed potatoes, sausage, cucumber salad with dill - 11p. I have not seen a worse dining room.

Previously, the canteen was called "Dietary" - because after visiting it, a week of diet is necessary. Nothing has changed with the name change. I came hungry, gave 15 rubles, and left hungry. There are no spices or napkins on the tables.

The interior is appropriate...A bathroom with a smell...You can't wash your hands because there is no liquid soap and you can't dry them, so drying doesn't work, and there are no napkins. The barmaid, she's the cashier, she weighs the dishes... The range of dishes is minimal. Morse, this is cold tinted water. The refrigerator is still nothing. Cabbage rolls, for some reason the cabbage is bitter, and the meat in the filling is incomprehensible. Yes, we also got caught with the wake...It was necessary to close the institution for maintenance and not create discomfort for people, especially those who remember ... this is about the atmosphere of the institution.

We ordered a wake in this dining room. The price tag is normal (but not the lowest), although they tried to fool us a little (they put different dishes on the table than on the menu). For example, instead of mackerel, they put ordinary herring, there were no products in the vegetable slicing (olives, green salad), they forgot about cornichons at all (pepper was put instead). The mashed potatoes tasted disgusting, but the baked chicken fillet was beyond praise. Almost 400 rubles were paid for 14 people.
My advice is to take pictures of the menu and then compare whether the dishes have been brought to you.

There is no longer a Youth cafe here, but now there is a new cafe Batkin's Hut. The place is similar to the Mu-mu chain cafe in Moscow, but the prices are reasonable and the food is very tasty and varied. They can also pour a glass here, if anyone wishes for an appetite. In general, I highly recommend it. To eat for two about 20 rb.
