The hotel is next to a tourist street, a room with a small kitchen and a bedroom, but without a door between them. Where there is a bed, there are dark Roman curtains on the windows. The room has a small stove, a coffee maker for Nestle capsules, a kettle, various dishes, forks, spoons, knives, openers, ladles, pans, pots, etc., of course several coffee capsules, there is instant, tea, sugar. What is missing: slippers, toothbrushes. Of the cons: the extractor hood in the bathroom works like an airplane turbine, the faucet is high above the sink and it is not possible to wash without filling the countertop, sometimes dogs from the institution nearby do not let you sleep (although in general the noise insulation is not bad), for some reason its own parking for a certain brand of car and always empty, in fact it is not, but in general these are all small things compared to the general concept and feeling, as well as a good location

New and clean. A small apartment hotel with contactless check-in and online payment. Suitable for the night - right in the city center and Parking nearby. Nice clean rooms. But if you are in the city for a long time, then for my taste it is cramped and uncomfortable (although there is a tile and a kettle), but it is too crowded.

A great hotel, for us it was the only attractive option in Grodno, and fully justified itself. The room is small, but very stylish, cozy, fresh, clean and modern.
Right in the heart of the city. There is free public parking nearby (inside the courtyard).
A couple of bottles of water in the room wouldn't hurt.

I saw and lived in a room on the 1st floor. The room is small but cozy. The sound insulation is good, but sometimes taxis come into the area at night. Near the detention center, where dogs bark at night, but not always. I stayed two nights.
The place is in the very center, so it is convenient. There is no parking at the hotel, but there is no problem with parking.

The hotel is wonderful: perfect location, convenient contactless check-in format, stylish and clean rooms. The only drawback is that the window does not close tightly, it is very noisy at night, and it was not possible to get a good night's sleep.

The concept of "came, spent the night, left". Please note that the staff or one of the managers is completely indifferent to you and your needs. Before arrival, we clarified that there would be 3 of us (two adults and a child). We were warned that there is a room with only one bed. We agreed. And that would be all right, but would it be possible to add a third pillow?! The three of us slept on two pillows, of course we didn't get enough sleep. The story of parking and what it is, you will be very lucky if there is a place. The hotel itself has only one place and it is impossible to put a car there, but next to it, as lucky as I was, there was one empty seat. As a result, a couple without children will be fine, my wife and I were not particularly satisfied.

Cool modern hotel, spacious rooms, super mattress with memory effect. There is no more central location. Parking spaces are nearby. The only drawback: we were at the weekend, there was a wedding nearby in the restaurant, people walked until the morning. It's quite noisy.

You close the window - it 's stuffy , there is no air flow , you open it - sounds interfere . There is no reception at all - they send a digital code to the mail instead of keys , unusually , for an amateur technocrat !

Beautiful apartment, clean, has everything you need. But there are 3 things because of which we will not come again:
1) There is no parking. There was no place, in the end we went to the courtyard.
2) Terrible pillows, I had to sleep without them.
3) Poor sound insulation.

Everything is Fine! Location- in the center of the party! The trip to Grodno was not planned, so we booked the hotel the day before arrival, so what will it be)) As it turned out, there are not many decent offers left in a small town, and this apartment was able to offer one remaining room at a price of 180 bolg.rubles (4500 ross.RUB) per night in a Suite for 2 with one double bed and a sofa (a spacious kitchen and a bedroom are separated by a combined bathroom). The hotel, starting from the front door and ending with the mattress on the bed, turned out to be so cozy (with an excellent design interior) that I did not want to leave it in the morning))) The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay and cooking. I RECOMMEND IT!

I didn't like the hotel from the word - at all! It's very noisy, it's impossible to sleep, in the morning at 11 o'clock the cleaner comes in, it's extremely unpleasant when you're sitting on the bed in a nightgown and you don't have the opportunity to lock yourself from the inside. There is no refrigerator.
Well, the cherry on the cake, the lid of the kettle was broken and the hotel administration decided to pin the damage on us, they asked us to pay for a new kettle! Be vigilant, or they will try to separate you for different purchases. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, be led by the laudatory reviews and be disappointed (

I lived in a room on the second floor and I liked everything! For those who have nowhere to put their suitcase, no refrigerator, and so on - do not take the cheapest room, you will be lucky. The only thing I didn't like was the Wi-Fi
What can be improved: to make the internal code simpler. It is still unclear why the cleaner came and turned off the charger and the kettle from the outlet. Every day. Which I turned back on after 5 minutes🤷♂️

It's a good place. Simple, but tasteful! Everything is available in the room. We had a two-storey room in blue tones. Own kitchen. The bed is on the second floor. Sofa and tables on the ground floor. The shower smells a little like sewage, but as soon as you turn on the water, the smell goes away.
Of the disadvantages: the bed is located on the second tier of the room under the corner roof. The husband hit his head hard on the edge of the convex wall-ceiling at night when he got out of bed.

The hotel — wow! The photos don't even come close to conveying the style and class that awaits you in the room — you just didn't want to leave it.

- perfect cleanliness
- super-class shower (I love such designs when there is not a cabin, but a floor with a glass door)
- they write about a mattress here, but after staying at the hotel we wanted to buy one for ourselves, it's so comfortable
- a very pleasant hotel owner who will help and respond instantly to any request

A new and cozy hotel, the location is excellent! We had room 14 on the ground floor, everything was clean and new, a comfortable mattress, soft towels. The sound insulation is excellent, blackout curtains close the window tightly, nothing gets in the way.
The only note is that there is no drinking water in the room (although there is everything for tea and coffee) and there is no shelf for soap accessories in the shower. If the administration pays attention to these remarks and corrects them, the hotel will be 100%!

The idea is good!
There is no communication with people, everything is electronic (there is no reception at all in the hotel), enter the hotel and the room by code.
There was a surprise waiting inside- a room like a studio apartment. There is a kitchen and dishes, glasses. Great TV and bed. Everything is new and stylish.
One of the disadvantages is the location. It is impossible to sleep, because absolutely everything can be heard (cars, ringing domes, people talking, ants crawling and in general all the sounds of the world). I'm shooting a star just for that.

Stylish room. There is all the necessary standard. And there is also a mini kitchen (sink, refrigerator, stove, a full set of dishes, including a corkscrew and wine vocals). That is, if you break into cafes in the morning that work from 8:00 (and there are such), then nothing prevents you from buying something from evening to morning in the supermarket.
The only disadvantage is the lack of its own parking, you need to look for a place in the city. Fortunately, there are quite a lot of parking spaces nearby and they are free.

Yes, it's not a classic hotel with a live reception, but it didn't bother. There is a coffee machine and capsules, which is enough for early morning. And from 8:00 cafes and coffee shops open, where you can have a great breakfast!
We planned to stay for a day, but added another one!
