We drove through many shops in the city, but we made a choice in this. A wide range of models and fabrics. The approach of the sales consultant (Karina) pleased us with professional answers and quick solution of questions according to the parameters suitable for us, for which special thanks to her. The sofa was made ahead of schedule. There was some delay in delivery, but Karina warned us in advance and as compensation for the wait, we received a pillow as a gift (a trifle, but nice). I bought a bed 3 years ago. Everything went great. There was an excellent manager, competent advice, adequate delivery time and the delivery itself. Therefore, when I needed a sofa, I turned to this store again. The manager who advised us was weak in consultation at times. The advantage remains that at least I advise and are interested in customers. For this, 1 one star. And also the second star for the interesting assortment in the store. Further, there are solid disadvantages. 80% prepayment, I had 60 working days, 75 WORKING DAYS already! And do not expect that they will bring you earlier! Having ordered and paid for the sofa on September 1, they reported that it was ready on November 20 (deadline November 22). Delivery on November 24th! In fact, I signed the contract, I accepted it all. But....with each request in mid-October, early November, asking at what stage the order, instead of a simple answer to your question, was sent to the contract each time, why is not clear. I did not make any claims, I did not ask for anything. Accordingly, the question is, why send to the contract before the moment of disagreement? Delivery with loading and unloading of 100 rubles. No documents were provided upon delivery, not for the rest of the payment, nor for the services themselves. The sofa was delivered and brought in neatly. Now, for me, this store is nothing more than a showroom. I will definitely buy in other places, thank God the vastness of the Internet allows.
