I asked the store for help, because not everything was clear. In a short time (three hours), all the problems were solved by the joint efforts of the store and the curtain rod installer. At 18:00, on the same day, the cornices with Oleg's "Golden handles" were installed. Sorry, I don't know the last name of the installer. Terrible service. I ordered blackout curtains online, the problems started at the stage of ordering, different product variants had the same description of the configuration and photos (although in reality they look different and have different equipment). By phone, when ordering, they explained what and how, accepted the order on Saturday, said everything was in stock, it would be ready on Tuesday and would be delivered. They call on Monday, they say these curtains are not available, we will order others, they promise to do it by Wednesday. No one calls on Wednesday, I contact them myself, they say the order will be on Friday. On Friday they brought it, we glue it on the windows, there are cracks, obviously it was necessary to make a curtain a couple of centimeters wider for these windows. I measured all the dimensions of the window and sent them during the order, and twice, they still did it crookedly. As a result, the effect is clearly and not close to the declared 100% blackout.

I would like to leave a negative review about this company. We ordered 3 curtains a few months ago, hung them ourselves, even then there were problems. After a week of use, 2 began to open poorly, jam.And the day before yesterday, one broke down altogether, and the other does not fully close.As a result, only the curtain turned out to be normal, with which there were no problems during assembly. It's a pity for the money spent, because they used it carefully!
