We contacted the company with our own design for furniture manufacturing. When discussing the design, they clarified whether they would be able to make according to the design photo, they said yes. We made an 80% prepayment (as they are supposed to do) and signed the contract. According to the contract, the furniture had to be manufactured and installed on time (more than three months) As a result, they have been tinkering for the second year, constantly redoing their shortcomings. The company did not make a 3D visualization of our project in the process, although judging by the advertising they do, I think that's largely why there are problems with the functionality of the sliding systems in the kitchen (one does not open completely, and the second is located near the wall, which is why access to part of the system is limited). We had to choose all the colors ourselves, despite the design that we provided, since they allegedly had a small palette of the paint they use. As a result, having coordinated the colors, we began to expect furniture, as a result, the two colors in the bedroom were mixed up in places. even the soft pouf was redone several times (at first the color did not match, and then traces of split stitches were found) Then, during the installation process, cracks began to be found on the painted relief facades. The glass facades in the kitchen also do not match the design (there are gold inserts on the black frame on the design, but they just made and installed black ones for us) they also did not make gold inserts on the furniture in places (they said that they would not be able to trim beautifully and suggested that it would be better not to do them) after we had already moved in (we could not wait for the end delayed furniture manufacturing) and began to clean up, they found holes for self-tapping screws made in the wrong place and a lot of chips, carefully covered over. There are gossamer cracks in places. Several of the upper shelves in the kitchen were scratched and covered with something white (installed so that we would not notice the damaged side up.) some open areas were not treated with an edge. Pointing out this, instead of processing the edge, they simply covered it with paint, although they should have made the edge in the workshop. For a moment, this company positions itself as a company that manufactures premium furniture. Not a single loop is covered by the decorative element that is included. Something simply unacceptable has happened to the quartz countertop. They ordered and paid for quartz from a Hyundai company of a certain color and name (as in their office), as a result, they sent a photo with a different color, began to convince them that it was Hyundai and the color corresponded and asked for consent to pruning. We demanded a certificate of conformity and did not give consent, saying that we wanted to see it firsthand. When we arrived at the workshop, the stone had already been cut.The certificate turned out to be expired for the Chinese stone, but the director continued to assure that it was a Hyundai, just a branch in China. After installing it, we found many traces of drops that had damaged the stone. They tried to remove them from the beginning, they didn't want to replace them, but when they realized that they couldn't do anything, they replaced them. When we replaced it, we found that the stone was not Korean (Hyundai), but Turkish (Belenko). . In connection with this substitution, they asked for a detailed specification with prices for materials, to which the director told us that this was an internal matter of the company. Due to the replacement, when removing the furniture, they found a cable in the wall that they had pierced that went to the refrigerator, which they didn't tell us anything about (it wasn't even properly insulated) After our complaints, they made a door there to access the damaged area. Also, many boxes do not slide all the way in and are positioned at an angle. The joint of the apron with the countertop was poorly sealed, which caused water to leak out and wet the wall (the paint swelled) . There is also a patch on the apron (incorrect size calculation) the backlight flashes periodically and turns off (redone more than once) the act of delivery has not yet been done, the furniture is still being made. They even asked me to pay them in full, help them, and promised that everything would be redone and fixed, but they are still tinkering.
They work terribly. They can't give me the furniture. During installation, they broke through the wire in the kitchen and, without saying anything, closed the cabinet. We found out about it a few months later because of another alteration. They made a sofa. They did it terribly, there are signs that the fabric was ripped open, there are holes and staples with which the fabric was fastened. Fortunately, the money was returned for it. Furniture assembly is also terrible. When assembling, they make extra holes, which are then covered up without warning (we saw when we started cleaning), there are often cracks due to the fact that they are too tightly screwed. Painted facades have been redone many times due to poor painting and cracks along the edge of the pattern. The backlight is poorly done, almost everywhere had to be redone, due to the fact that the wires were simply wound up and not made a spike. The stone countertop was ruined the first time, the second time it was installed out of order, and now we have to live with it. We got the colors mixed up in the bedroom. The facades are taller than each other in some places. Due to the constant repainting due to their fault (cracks appeared, poor staining), they cannot match the color of the pilasters that have already been installed. Some details did not meet the specifications (hinges, stone, box bottoms) were asked to pay for the rest and promised to finish everything quickly (although according to the contract, they must ask for the rest after the furniture is delivered) . But more than a year has passed since the payment, and they continue to work slowly. And I constantly see new defects in the form of holes, curvature, and poor-quality painting. And also the endless manner of covering up holes, chips and cracks made in the wrong place. The photo is only part of the problem.
