One of the few places in Kazakhstan in general where you can withdraw money from the MIR card. It works around the clock. ONLY the far ATM gives money, the near one pretends to be out of business.

Unfortunately, not all Russian banks operating on the mir payment system are serviced.... In particular, the card of the PSB bank. The office is comfortable, the staff are very friendly and ready to help.
