She is a bank employee in Russia (thank God not VTB) and you will not find such service in Russia
The office sucks, if there are other options, choose them

Everything works very slowly, half of the windows just don't function. You can safely wait for your turn for about a couple of hours. I hope the situation will improve in the future.

Отвратительное обслуживание, понабирали персонал по объявлению лист.ам……. Встал ушёл не закончив сделку.

Самый паршивый банк и филиал. Гадкое обслуживание, с клиентами по-панибратски на ты.Срочно поменять состав на культурных работников во главе с управляющим!!!
