I took out a loan three years ago, paid for it in a year, drove up, closed the loan and checked if there was any debt. In 2023, they told me everything was fine, thank you, the loan was closed. And they remembered only two days later!!! Of the year!!! And when you closed the loan, why didn't you tell me? I came for my money two years later, even if they apologized, and the queue passed by three times before they reached me, all the people changed lines several times, probably they were sitting to open a loan. There are a lot of three points for such an attitude.
