First-time transfers from card to card in the Russian Federation. I come to the bank and ask: - I want to get a card from you, can I transfer money from it to my MIR card in a bank in the Russian Federation? - You can! - Will I be able to transfer money to a bank in Russia using the account number? - You can! I received a card and paid AMD 5,000 for annual maintenance. I'm happy, I'm waiting for the card to be released. They released a map and then it turns out: - transfer from card to card - only for bank cards - transfer to the account - only a RA I bought a card for 5000 AMD, which I can't even pay for online. The mobile application is almost empty and it is buggy. ATMs are buggy. The offices are open: on weekdays until 17, on Saturday until 14, and on Sunday - a day off. Queues of 40 minutes (fortunately there is an electronic queue) 0 stars, I do not recommend it.
