The bank just helped out, it's fashionable to easily cash out rubles from a card. Waiting times were always fast, everyone was friendly and ready to help with any question. So we were recommended to withdraw money through an operator, and not through an ATM, since it has a large commission and issues it immediately in drams.

Disgusting branch, disgusting bank. Weekday is the middle of the week, 3 out of 10 windows are open, and customers are served for a very long time. I came without an appointment, just in a live queue. When I arrived, there were at most 4 people in the queue, now there are 20 people in the queue, and I still haven't been called. I've been sitting here for 1 hour and 40 minutes and I don't know how long I'll be sitting there. The girl at the front desk said that it was because people who come by appointment are in priority and my turn is being pushed back. But there is a vicious circle here, they work slowly, and there are only 3 windows, and people come and come, some by appointment, some not, and my coupon is getting further and further away from the call.... in Armenia, I visited many banks and came to VTB for the first time. I'VE NEVER SEEN WORSE SERVICE THAN HERE! come to Ameria or IDBank, all the windows are always open and even a queue of 40 people will be scattered in 40 - 60 minutes.
