Tourists. Be careful, VTB's tui is not like in Russia. One name. I came to make a transfer to the card through the operator, the operation was carried out, the money did not arrive instantly as promised. I came to sort it out a day later , but nothing works on weekends . She flew away without any money. I left the money with them in the country. There's no way to get them back unless you go back for them. If you have a flight coming soon, we'll skip it, they don't know how to work

I managed to withdraw money from the MIR card (t-bank) at the ATM. There was a small commission for withdrawals, the ATM is open 24/7, and there is a metro station nearby.
