2 halls. Photos and things of ethnic groups of the Odessa region are presented: Greeks, Jews, Karaites, Gagauz, Russians (Lipovans, Old Believers), Germans, Ukrainians, of course, Bulgarians, Moldovans.
The entrance costs 25 UAH for an adult. In my opinion, the price/quality does not match.
You can't take pictures. Only for a fee. Don't say a word to the employees once again. This is a paid service. I did not "order" the listed services. It would be interesting to see if there is a receipt.
By the way, about the check. More precisely, about the ticket. I bought it at the checkout. And at the entrance to the hall, they took it from me and did not return it. Right, the mood has worsened.
On the way back, she asked for it back.
"Yes, yes, of course. I'll just tear it off here." Oh, and the ticket, it turns out, is not torn off.. It's a shame. To clarify, a piece of the ticket is torn off to make it used, unsuitable for reuse. Thus, it can be assumed that in this museum one ticket is traded 100 times. After all, if I hadn't asked him, he wouldn't have been "torn off". And they would have put it in the place where I took it. It's a disgrace! Don't set foot here anymore! Such disrespect for visitors! Shame on you!
The lack of basic amenities, by the way, is also worth your attention.
Descriptions are only in Ukrainian. Where is the English? Where is Russian?
In some places, photocopies of articles on the topic and far from the best quality.
At least they organized audio guides! A solid "scoop"!
At the entrance, they are persistently asked to take off their backpack. But there are no places for a backpack. One chair, which is all hope.
Well, I'm already silent that wheelchair users can't get there. Steps without ramps :\
If you say this out loud, they will laugh.
In general, I was upset after visiting this museum.. I didn't expect THIS at all. Especially the ticket incident! How so!
