A simple hotel, quick check-in, standard rooms. With a street view, it seems better to me. Breakfasts are very expensive and there is not much to eat, you can ask to include it in the bill. Check-out is also simple. The day before you receive the documents and then just throw the key into the box and let's go. Convenient location relative to the train station. A few minutes on foot.
