Currently, we rest at the wonderful hotel Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm JUMEIRAH in room 379. I want to note the excellent work of the entire hotel team. I would like to express my special gratitude to Nurbek, Chef Uzon, Aigirim and Enech.
We stayed at the Waldorf Astoria Dubai. We arrived on March 31, 2025. At the reception, a girl named Dabra is attentive and helpful. I quickly checked into the room. Thank her very much. Lhab and Thinzar also handled all our issues at the reception. Thanks to them. Room 139 is nice with a side sea view, large, spacious. The Meraj employee cleans the room 2 times a day, everything is clean, neatly puts out all things, there is no dust. Cleanliness is the key to our health. A 5-point rating for a Meraj employee. The towel is changed 2-3 times a day. There is plenty of bottled water in the room. Tea and coffee are replenished every day. The food is delicious in the restaurant, there is no queue. There are a lot of tables available, all the staff work quickly and smoothly. There are always all the dishes in the hall. A restaurant is always warned about its closure before closing. The territory of the hotel is large, well maintained, clean and tidy. There are many sun beds on the sea. They bring ice water, towels for wiping glasses, and cold water from the shower. The hotel has a lot of staff. The hotel management does not skimp on staff. Everyone is working well and smoothly. Many thanks to the head of the hotel for our wonderful stay. I wish you good luck, well-being, and prosperity of your company. Sania. Room number 139.
The Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah Hotel is a true oasis of luxury and comfort that leaves an unforgettable impression on every guest. From the moment you arrive, you are immersed in an atmosphere of impeccable service and elegant style.
Located on the famous Palm Jumeirah Island, the hotel offers stunning views of the Persian Gulf and Dubai's skyline. The architecture and design of the hotel delight with their splendor: the spacious rooms, decorated in a classic style with modern accents, create a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Each room is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including luxurious bathrooms and comfortable relaxation areas.
The service at the Waldorf Astoria is top notch. The staff is always ready to help and make your stay as pleasant as possible. From the welcome cocktail to the personalized service, you will feel special from the very beginning.
The culinary offerings of the hotel are a separate story. The restaurants offer a variety of dishes from local cuisine to international masterpieces. I especially recommend trying breakfast at the Social Restaurant, where you can enjoy fresh produce and delicious dishes, as well as an extensive selection of desserts.
The hotel also offers many leisure and entertainment facilities. The magnificent spa center with a variety of treatments and massages will allow you to completely relax, and the pools overlooking the sea will be an ideal place to relax in the sun. Water sports and a gym with modern equipment are available for active guests.
The Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah is not just a hotel, it is a place where dreams of a luxurious vacation come true. Every moment spent here is filled with comfort, style and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience in Dubai!
We had a rest from February 28 to March 9, 2025. daughter, son-in-law, I and grandson. We had a good time: swimming pool, sea, kids club, gym, spa, trips to Dubai. Breakfast and dinner are included. At breakfast, we took groceries for lunch. We had lunch in the room, and sometimes went to a cafe. When we went to the city, we took a wheelchair for our three-year-old grandson at the hotel. The rooms were cleaned on time. The staff is polite. The food in the restaurant is varied, everything is cooked delicious. Evening leisure is not organized for either children or adults.
We had a rest in November. Fine. The restaurant is top notch. The rooms are cleaned at a fast pace, on the fly. They respond to requests. The rooms and the hotel are great. Territory, beach, sea class. They are polite at the reception, there are Russian speakers, but they will not miss their chance. They don't breed like that in Turkey. You need to be careful when calculating. I enjoyed my vacation. He justifies his stars.
Very beautiful places, mild climate, the Arabian Sea - for all 9 days of my stay, I did not see a single jellyfish, well-equipped beaches, polite service, which surprised me most of all - the birds do not shit anywhere, it seems that they are all well-mannered.The water temperature does not drop below + 25 all year round. There are a lot of interesting and informative things for vacationers of any age.
A great hotel, very tasty breakfasts, dinners (we didn't get to lunch), a great big warm beach, there were crabs, starfish, small squid swam once :)
The cleaning is excellent, we were cleaned 2 times a day. 2 large swimming pools, many cafes and restaurants, a spa, a gym. The staff was very friendly, the child was given a toy made of towels and chocolate. There is a Russian-speaking staff at the reception. Check-out is at 12, but since we had a transfer much later, we could leave our luggage in a special room and go swimming.
A wonderful hotel where you want to return! Friendly staff, a compliment in the room. Excellent cleaning, there are all necessary accessories in the bathroom. Luxurious themed various dinners, the restaurant staff always greets and kindly accompanies and offers a table with a good view. Several pools. We got to the Catholic Christmas, it was quite interesting and fun, a buffet, champagne and an evening program.
We visited this hotel three times and were very satisfied. This time we took a large suite room with the opportunity to use the services of the club lounge with drinks and light snacks. The staff is friendly and always ready to help with any issues. Alina helped us a lot, who meets and registers tourists at the reception. She is ready to tell you a lot about the issues of interest
Great hotel. The rooms are spacious, overlooking the sea and the road in front of it, respectively, you can't sleep with an open balcony - it's noisy. A large private beach with sun beds, two swimming pools. During the day, chilled towels are distributed to those who are on the sun beds. Several restaurants. The hotel is located away from everything. You can't go anywhere but the embankment. Shampoos and gels in large bottles, hair dryer, ironing board and iron are available in the room. WiFi, water, coffee, tea as usual. The breakfast is good.
It's a great hotel. There are several swimming pools on the territory, a convenient beach with good service. Immediately, deck chairs will be laid out on the beach, another towel will be given separately and several bottles of water in an ice bucket will be brought.
There are also very good cafes and restaurants on site, there is room service. The breakfasts are varied and with friendly service
A gorgeous SPA.
The rooms are spacious, clean, there is a coffee machine, a minibar and everything you need for a comfortable stay.
I will be happy to return there more than once.
I'm currently staying at this hotel. Overall, the hotel is good. Food, service, beach at 5.
What didn't you like:
Expired goods are sold in local boutiques. We bought an after-sun cream, we didn't look at the release date. We came to the room, opened the package, applied it to the body and began to study the description and instructions. We were surprised by the release date, 2019. The product is already 6 years old. And this is in a five-star hotel, in one of the most expensive resorts in the world. They asked to exchange for a more recent product, but were categorically refused. They say everything is fine, no one complained. I asked the hotel representatives to help me figure out the situation, to which I received a negative response. It turns out their tenants have nothing to do with them. And they don't care about the hotel's image.
In general, I left them the cream as a keepsake and $35 too. So draw your own conclusions. Don't repeat our mistakes.
A wonderful hotel for families with adult children (British and German contingent). Very tasty and varied food. Be sure to visit the Saturday brunch with oysters and lobsters!!! We booked a two-room room with a view of the sea and the Pearl Club (it's worth it, very good alcoholic drinks are served, and sweets are generally a separate story) my children (10 and 13 years old) and I were delighted. I would like to draw your attention to the fact that all the staff speaks only English, so brunch and the shuttle to Dubai can be skipped, they say, only because of ignorance of the language ☹️
Cozy, clean, friendly staff. The location sets you up for a rest. Quietly, calmly. We came on vacation at the end of February. Like it. Cleaning 1-2 times a day, water, tea and coffee (capsule coffee machine) are constantly replenished, fruits were brought twice as a compliment. On his birthday, they decorated the room with balloons, postcards, and treated him to a cake. Water in the heated outdoor pool. One of the disadvantages is that the rules are constantly changing (you need to be careful and ask). For example: our accommodation included breakfast, lunch and dinner, upon check-in we were shown a cafe where all this is free every day. Later, "except" suddenly began to appear: except for the day when there is a wedding in this cafe, except for the hour when conference participants are in this cafe, etc. In these cases, we were sent to where it is paid.
The hotel is very pleasant, the territory is small, everything is compact, but everything is well maintained. A private beach with a gentle approach, which is convenient for families with children. The food is very tasty and varied. However, if you don't book three meals a day, be prepared to spend about $150 on one lunch/dinner per person. If you take a taxi and go to lunch in the city, then it's a round trip plus a meal, then that's what it comes out. There are no affordable cafes nearby. The hotel is focused on the "plus" level.
A wonderful hotel, well-trained and friendly staff, a good beach and entrance to the water, excellent interior and exterior, delicious restaurants.
Actually, the Waldorf Astoria says it all.
We had a rest in April, the location is good, the territory is small.
But there is a big but, we did not expect to receive such a number at all. Where there was dirty tulle, a carpet that already required dry cleaning, old furniture, a pillowcase with a hole. We were asked to change the room, but we were refused, or to pay extra for an improved one. As a result, at the end of the vacation, they offered to move. I would like the issue to be resolved immediately, or it would not happen at all when you come to such a class of hotel.
The food was ordinary, delicious, and there was a small selection, but there was always plenty to choose from, even if nothing was found, you could ask to cook.
The staff is friendly, cleaned quickly, the service is 5.
I didn't really like the beach on palm, there were a lot of shells.
If it weren't for the incident with the rooms, I generally enjoyed the rest, but I wouldn't have returned a second time.
The hotel overlooks the palm tree and the bay) The service is above all praise) Attentive friendly staff The suite is spacious modern with excellent design Preferred relaxing by the pool) Drinks and cooling towels were brought on time)

A gorgeous hotel. Strict, restrained, in the European style. Polite staff. Cleaning several times a day. Beautiful rooms, bathrooms are a special delight. The rooms have an interesting view of the palm tree, a view of Dubai in the very heart.
During the stay, daily access to the children's playroom with a babysitter, spa is free of charge. Unlimited water in the room, by the pool, on the beach - with any type of food.
On the beach and by the pool, the staff makes sun beds for you, opens umbrellas, brings water and ice, and provides cold, wet towels to refresh yourself.
There are cuttlefish, sea snails, stars, and crabs in the sea.
The food is also good, the cuisine is varied and delicious. There are grilled shrimp, tuna steak, beef, colmar, chicken to choose from. Two meals a day was more than enough.
Free shuttles to shopping malls.
In general, everything is fine. One thing is disappointing, the hotel has raised the bar so high that it is not clear how to relax in other hotels now)
Have a quiet rest, lie in the sun. There is no animation, the service is excellent, the food is delicious. I didn't like the sea inside the palm tree, a lot of crabs, a lot of algae. In summer, the sea was not needed, a cool pool was needed. The pool is cooled. The beach itself is beautiful, with white sand and a panorama.
A super hotel. Everything is very high-level. The rooms are huge, the renovation is excellent. The staff is very friendly and do everything for the convenience of the guests. The pool is good, there are always plenty of free sunbeds. The beach is quite decent, but for some reason inside the palm tree. The food is good, even coffee is made from a carob coffee machine. (If you ask). There are always a lot of fruits and cuisines of different countries every day.
A good meat restaurant on a palm tree in Dubai. Pleasant environment . Affordable prices. There is a minus for a lot of people, so always reserve in advance.
Everything is fine. Russian speakers are present at the reception.
A typical hotel, although it has 5 floors. One side overlooks the Sail and the Burj Khalifa, the other - the Palm and Dubai Marina.
The food is excellent, not Michelin, but quite good.
We were late for dinner, brought to the room according to the restaurant menu as a complement.
The beach is clean, there are water activities for a fee, a small slide and trampoline, water transport)
The hotel is amazing! A very calm, luxurious vacation. There are several restaurants with different cuisines of the world on site. The food was very diverse. The room has everything you need for a shower and a shower. An extraordinary view of Dubai. The sea is shallow, suitable for families with children
My favorite hotel! Quiet luxury. When you don't have to prove anything to anyone, but just come and relax. From the window there is a view of the Burj al Arab, every morning there are unique sunrises from the balcony of the room. The rooms are awesome. Salvatore ferragamo cosmetics. I was in 2021 and had an unforgettable vacation. Beaches, pools, spas...
the breakfasts are incredibly delicious and varied. The restaurant is excellent in the hotel. Anantara hotels are next door on the same line, and Novy Atlant s is a little further away. You can stop by for dinner at them.
The hotel is generally not bad. Everything is clean and tidy. The food could have been more varied. Not really suitable for a family holiday. When buying a room with meals, you eat at a certain restaurant, where the service is disgusting, and drinks that are not included in lunch and dinner are served at inflated prices.
Good afternoon! The rest went very well. A quiet hotel with excellent rooms. Good cuisine. The staff is helpful and attentive. We were here a second time and again we were not mistaken. We will definitely consider this hotel for a vacation.
A wonderful hotel, the vacation turned out to be incredible!!
Russian Russian speaking staff is helpful, friendly, the receptionist Alina speaks Russian, will tell you everything that Russian tourists may be worried about!! The rooms are clean , the coast is the best you can think of , the food is varied and for every taste!! I recommend it!)
Dubai is not only an innovative Technological and Modern fashion city! Jumeirah Beach!- this is a beach family vacation! The hotel is super! Being on the Palm Jumeirah! View room towards Bursh Khalifa and the sea. Great restaurants! We took 2 meals a day was fully enough, as there was a choice of lunch or dinner! The abundance of the buffet is impressive ! They clean the room once a day and if something needs coffee or water, they give everything extra! The room is great ! Clean cozy comfortable! There is a sauna I highly recommend! Gym! I wish you all a good rest!
Shopping is better in the Deira City Center there is cheaper than in other malls, cheaper than in Dubai Mall, regardless of what, if you want gold, bargain with the Indians! This is the east, bargaining is appropriate everywhere, everywhere (taxis, shops, markets, hotels)Go to the golden bazaar, this is also where Deira is! I also recommend going through the operators who are sitting on the Reception floor to the desert in jeeps, roll down a rope from a skyscraper! Have a great rest and impressions to everyone !
The Waldorf Astoria Palm Jumeirah Hotel is located on the crescent moon surrounding Palm Jumeirah Island and is positioned as a luxury hotel, on a par with another top LXR brand in the Hilton line. The cost of a night on my dates in rooms without access to the Pearl Club Lounge was 1,662AED. The cost of club rooms with lounge access for two people cost 570AED more and was 2,232AED on my dates.
Our arrival was early and we arrived at the hotel before 10 a.m., but to the credit of the hotel, we, as status members of Hilton Honors, were proactively offered early check-in. Upon check-in, the passports of all residents were asked as standard. The payment was made with the Union Pay card of the Russian Standard bank. The next day, the bank was sanctioned and further payments from this card were no longer made.
Our standard room, as a Diamond member, was upgraded to the Pearl Club Suite Sea View one day before arrival. The room was located on the 3rd floor and was a standard suite with separate bedroom and living room. In addition, the room had a main (with a bathtub and a shower) and additional bathrooms, a walk-through dressing room and two separate balconies. The living room had a non-folding sofa with a table, a dining/work table with chairs, a TV, a tea area with a kettle and a capsule coffee machine and a minibar with a standard set. The tea was presented by the premium Avantcha brand.
The main bathroom was huge, with a massive bathtub in the middle. Transparent partitions between the bathroom, shower, toilet and bedroom can cause certain inconveniences. Cosmetics, unfortunately, within the framework of the latest trends, have been replaced from individual packages to reusable large bottles. The Salvatore Ferragamo brand has also been replaced by (in my opinion) a more budget-friendly, albeit premium, Aesop brand.
Breakfasts are served on the Low Ground Floor in the Mezzerie restaurant from 6:30 to 10:30 and are presented with a fairly wide assortment. There are several live stations, including omelet making and an Asian cuisine corner. Pork in the form of bacon, sausages and sliced meat is also presented on a separate counter. Juices in the restaurant are from a bottle, fresh is offered only in the form of a day specialty - an author's mix is prepared every day.
Pearl Club Lounge is open from 8 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. It also offers a more modest breakfast than in the restaurant, which starts at 8 a.m., but ends a little later than the restaurant - at 11:00. One of the features of breakfast in the lounge is the presence of a large number of berries. Otherwise, this is a reduced assortment of the restaurant. In addition, in the lounge, as it usually happens, there is Afternoon Tea from 15:00 to 17:00 with small snacks and snacks and evening Happy Hours (cocktail menu from 17:00, snacks (without hot stations) from 18:00). At the same time, children under the age of 12 are not allowed in the lounge after 17:00.
The Low Ground Floor has access to the beach, pools and a kids club. There are two pools in the hotel (shared and adult) + a small children's pool, located in the shade near the communal pool. There are sun beds and boars around the pool, which are free and work according to the principles of first come, first served. Ice buckets of water are also brought by the pool and on the beach. However, ice cream, cold towels or Sunscreen Protection Service, as in other hotels of this level (Conrad, St.Regis) were not provided. The beach also has free sunbeds and several paid cabanas with included service. The 200m long beach cannot boast of perfect sand. The entrance to the sea is gradual, the water is warm. Despite the presence of a net, jellyfish were quite common. One of them stung my daughter's leg very badly. There is also an inflatable complex on the beach and many guests think that this is a service included in the price from the hotel, but it turned out that these are the services of a third-party company engaged in water activities on this beach.
The hotel has a SPA with a sauna, hammam, Jacuzzi and relaxation rooms free of charge, as well as a full-fledged fitness center.
There is also a fairly large children's room with various entertainment for different ages, where children from 4 to 12 years old are accepted. Younger children should only be in the room with their parents.
The hotel has several A La Carte restaurants, while the owner of 3 Michelin stars Heinz Beck no longer oversees the Social restaurant.
In addition, the hotel offers several free shuttles to local shopping malls, but we did not use this service.
In general, we can say that the hotel is good, but there is not the "wow" effect that you expect from a top brand. In addition, the trend in the hotel is in favor of simplifying, reducing the cost and reducing additional services (cheaper and mass-produced cosmetics, simpler drinks, the loss of the Michelin Chef, the lack of pleasant complimentary services offered by competitors in the same segment). Therefore, I would return to this hotel in case of a really favorable offer for the cost of living.
A gorgeous hotel. Quite normal breakfasts, clean private beach, high-level service. Very quiet compared to JBR. Anyone who wants complete relaxation will like it. It was especially nice to see animals made of towels in the room.😁😁
I put 5 stars. The hotel can even be called luxurious. Chic lobby, great rooms, room cleaning 2 times a day. There is a coffee machine, a kettle in the room, all consumables are replenished every day. Separately, I wanted to say about the bathrobes, they are special here, silk and soft fine moss. Comfortable, no strength))) the beach is good, there are enough sunbeds, but the Sea is hot in June, it was hot outside. Shuttle buses are taken to all sorts of malls several times a day. Comfortable.
From the comments - there are 2 A la carte restaurants in the hotel. Italian and Asian. Be careful, even if you have a half board, you will have to pay for these restaurants in full, this was not warned in advance. Said is included in the price. Lie. One dinner cost us a round sum (((
These little things smeared the impressions of the hotel(
Great hotel, great location. I'm already pretty tired, but it's included in the price. Good food, and a couple of very decent restaurants on site. There is a small children's area, an outdoor cinema and fairly spacious rooms.
Overall, very positive impressions!
A wonderful hotel. Fresh. Modern. The staff is very attentive. An individual manager is attached to each family.
The location is good. The cosmetics are great. The organization in the territory is at a high level
Good rooms, not a very cozy beach, the breakfasts were upset, compared to other hotels - for 5 people, the breakfasts are very weak, not particularly tasty. I will note the most important thing that I liked: the beds in the room and the bathrobes are so soft and warm
Nice hotel, nice staff. The rooms are comfortable. Large well-maintained territory. Your own beach, basik. In the evenings, the musicians performed. The views from the windows are excellent!

Nice hotel on Palma, decent food, large rooms. The location is not very convenient, as you have to go around the crown of the palm tree at any exit to the city. I liked the beach, the water is not stagnant and it is always nice to swim. We came across a room with a bad view, it upset us, but not much. The service at the hotel needs to be improved, it does not reach 5, as well as restaurants, so we will put 5 in advance. You have to work with the staff, the reception is like robots.
in general, it is decent and aesthetically pleasing (the design of common spaces). the pool is too small in the off-season and with the number of guests that was.
we lived on half-board, the staff offered to book a restaurant, but did not warn about its cost. In general, the expectation was that a-la-cart was included in our half-board as in other hotels, but here it is different. now we know :)

We had a rest in August, a great hotel, top-level service, a good pool and beach, and of course I want to mention the cuisine, it's delicious! The gym is excellent, not every sports complex will be able to boast of such simulators and their variety. We will definitely come again!
A magnificent hotel! Everything is fine, probably one minus - there is no outlet for a hair dryer in the bathroom. That is, the hair dryer (available in the room) can only be plugged into an outlet in the room or in the hallway, where the mirror is inconveniently located.
The best hotel in Dubai!
I want to thank all the staff of the hotel, without exception, for the best service.
I want to come back to the hotel again and again. The hotel and service was great, starting from the reception. We arrived from the Rixos Saadiyat hotel (we were somewhat upset by the service and attitude in this hotel, and we were no longer expecting such a comfortable stay), but we were pleasantly surprised how comfortable and carefree you can relax in this hotel. The service is great everywhere, the room is impeccable: clean, cozy, beautiful, which is cleaned twice a day. The cosmetics in the rooms are wonderful. On the beach and by the pool there are always employees who try to make your vacation unforgettable, bring sun beds, bring water in a bucket with ice (it's very nice), lay towels. They clean everything perfectly, all the staff is very friendly. The restaurant has excellent breakfasts, responsive waiters.
Once again I want to thank the hotel team for the best days of our vacation, if it wasn't for you, it is unlikely that we would remember our vacation. We will come back to you many more times.
A chic hotel, the rooms are very decent. Everything corresponds to a 5-star hotel. I really liked the food, a lot of delicious dishes! Unusual beautiful design of spaces and comfortable design in the rooms. The staff is very friendly.
We arrived with my husband for 2 days, on time (at 15 o'clock) we were not checked in, explaining that on some sites the eviction is indicated at 16 o'clock, and the previous guests have not yet left our room. They offered a free lunch. Or as the receptionist said: an upgrade of the room, which was also not ready on time. A room with two beds of 150 cm was offered. The selected room has a king size bed. I didn't understand what the upgrade was, apparently in the word "upgrade". We waited more than 3 hours for check-in. After persistent requests, we were finally settled. The mood was spoiled, the impression of the hotel and the staff was extremely negative. We were served by a Russian-speaking girl with red hair. I got the impression that she didn't want to speed up the check-in or somehow resolve the issue in our favor. I'm definitely not going back to the hotel. It's still unpleasant to remember you, Waldorf Astoria.
Anyway, I lived here myself, the staff is excellent, it's a pity that only one Russian-speaking employee named Andrey works at night, I was upset, and somehow I ordered food to the room through a translator, feeding it delicious, everything is high.
