A local store with items of its own production, or imported, but of good decent quality. Friendly staff and a small but cozy collection of things make the store more attractive. The prices are average.

I've been following this brand for a long time. There are several of their things available: the basic T-shirts are good, there are questions about the rest.
The impression of the store deteriorated after the last purchase, the buttons fell off the cardigan after the first wear. The store called it a "misunderstanding", but this is not a misunderstanding at all, but poor-quality production - the fittings should not come off after the first wear. And this despite the fact that the cardigan has never been fastened with these same buttons.
The most interesting thing about this is the store's reaction - to go into complete disregard.
Also, there are no tags on things with information about the composition and rules of care for things. The store does not provide this information.

The service is terrible. You have to wait a very long time for answers. At the beginning of the conversation, they claim that the product is in stock, but after a long time they report that it is not there. They keep them waiting all day.
