The platform with tasks, the fact that you can study anywhere, at any time, native speakers, employees of the institution who speak only English - this is all good.
But the test to determine the level of English, I personally can be said to be "insulted." Because I have a secondary specialized and higher education as an English translator, God knows how many years ago I received these diplomas, work experience, visits to many countries of the world, conversations in these countries in English. But! I have very big problems understanding speech by ear. And the test to determine the level of English showed a very low result.
There is a clause in the contract on the refund of funds "if the Listener does not reach the required level during the agreed period of provision of services." No one has returned anything to me.
I didn't like it terribly!

The Wall Street English school has a competent training program, flexible schedule of classes. The school staff is friendly, open to dialogue, and always polite. My coach, Aya, regularly reminds me of upcoming classes and answers all my questions.
