Thanks for the super car for my family! I've been dreaming about a Jeep for a long time, I still didn't dare upgrade, but the company was able to win the perfect price/quality ratio for me! The car is already undergoing repair work, I'm really looking forward to getting in and driving.
Surprised by the negativity of some here. Apparently, people don't quite understand what a car from the USA is.
Mine was traveling to me for 3 months and hidden defects were discovered. I treat this responsibly: there is always a budget on top for unforeseen events. Especially a family with children, it is extremely necessary to do this!
Most likely, those who complain a lot should not order cars from the USA in principle. This is not for you to order a new one from the salon or under the order. It's a cue ball.

We applied to this organization for help in buying a car from the USA. Initially, everything was beautifully told and we were in touch. The process was not fast, bidding took place, then payment, delivery, etc. When the car had already arrived in the Republic of Belarus, they began to negotiate a trip for the car and further processing of documents. We contacted the manager in advance and recalculated the final settlement amounts, namely the customs fee. They didn't answer us right away, they wrote to us again and only then received a response on the amount. When they have already arrived by fax, they call the amount two times more than the one they calculated! The dialogue did not happen, they immediately sent it to Director Ilya Petrovich Plokhotnikov. Upon arrival at the office, no one was interested in resolving the situation, the director did not even delve into the essence of the matter, but immediately began to say that they WERE COUNTING ON EVERYONE THAT WAY, i.e. they initially gave false information. There was no compromise.
Terrible attitude towards customers, a lot of flaws in the work.
You pay a lot of money, hoping for the help and competence of employees, and in the end you get such a picture.
And the parts for cars that are supposedly ordered from China at a bargain price-no, they dumped the purely Belarusian market, which would have been found without their help.It's just ridiculous!

I want to share my experience with Wapl Cars. I've been looking for a company to buy a car from the USA for a long time, and frankly, I was a little worried because the process wasn't the easiest and I looked at the reviews too. But with these guys, everything went like an adult. I made a choice in their favor after talking to a technical specialist about my old car. I realized that I would like to entrust all my cars to him))
The managers first helped me choose the right option, explained all the nuances, provided reports on cars — it was clear that they were working with high-quality cars, and not with what they got. The delivery was delayed by 1 month and I was warned that this could happen. But I know that myself. And I recommend that you keep up to date so that you don't write nonsense or embarrass yourself.
I would like to say a special thanks to Ilya, the technical specialist. He not only helps with spare parts, but really delves into every issue, gives sound advice. The only thing that is not very convenient is the speed of the response. I would like to do it a little faster, but for now I understand that a lot of cars are coming now. The guys are working at their maximum.
In general, the company operates honestly and openly. All arrangements and payments are without surprises. There was one moment at customs that wasn't pleasant, but we talked it over honestly and resolved the situation. The specialist stood up for me at customs, thank you!
If someone is thinking about where to order a car from the USA, I can safely recommend Wapl Cars. I wish the team only adequate and psychologically mature clients :)

In January 2024, he signed an agreement with Wapl Cars, acquired a 2 package, and was led by a beautiful advertisement that all spare parts would be brought from China at sweet prices. Everything was beautifully told at the meeting. Later, we won a car, there are no questions about the car, we found a decent option. After that, I started talking about ordering spare parts from China or the EU. To which they reply, don't worry, everything is there, everything will be. Well, I think it's great. He doesn't answer the phone very willingly, only writes in the cart and whatever he wants. I had to pull out any information about the car with forceps. And so the car arrived in Klaipeda. I am writing to Ilya that it is already necessary to purchase spare parts, I think that many have already guessed that there is no question of any spare parts from China at sweet prices. Links are being dropped from Bamper.by , like cool options)When asked where the promised spare parts from China were, he replied that they had ordered the day before for other customers and had received poor quality. Meanwhile, on the company's Instagram, advertisements rattle what kind of sweet-priced nougats they carry for themselves and customers. In fact, pure stargazing. At the same time, my friend from the 2nd package also drove the car through them, all the actions took place a little earlier. I saw enough of the mess that was happening to him and decided that I needed to pick up the car myself from Klaipeda. Naturally, I refused their further services and dealt with all the issues myself. I went to the office, I wanted to hear at least some normal explanations and get compensation, since the promises on the selection of spare parts were not fulfilled. In response, I heard that they work this way. Ilya's face showed one thing, if you don't like something, then it's your personal problem. Disgusting attitude towards the client, I do not recommend this company to anyone.

We ordered a car through this organization. They paid quite a lot of money for their service. And in fact what??? Nothing…
Starting at the selection stage, they were misled by the amount of customs duty. And in a conversation with the director of this company, they make you a fool, that it's your own fault that you don't know the customs rates!!! According to the selection of details, this is generally a circus! On social networks, everyone tells so vividly how everything will be brought from China, Dubai and America, but in fact, for a month you get some information from them about the details at all, and then they drop a sign with details from bumper buy. So this is not the end, no one looks at prices at all, which ones are the first to get caught and are being discounted, in addition, one detail was not selected at all for our car model. Here is the contract for the service they do in general quickly, five minutes and everything is ready. It is a pity that we contacted this organization. They just gave the money to nowhere, the work as described in their profile is not even 50% completed.

I ordered a car through them , there were problems with the availability of spare parts in the Republic of Belarus , decided to pay extra and take 2 packages of services to order spare parts , as a result, they throw off the file with the bumper.bye, and when asked why you are not looking for spare parts in America, they say that we cannot , although we initially promised to order it from there. In the same way as my companion in the nest below, the car came with a secondary acras. There was no escort at the customs , although I also paid for it . The car drove 2 months longer than it should, on the one hand, it was not their fault, but people always answered all my questions with "I do not know" - competence 0. As a result, I do not advise you to contact them, they will most likely bring a car , but they will suck all the money out of you, feeding you with their promises.

The car was picked up terribly, it was not checked and came with a secondary color. Spare parts were thrown off simply with links to the bumper buy at horse prices and not at all from the same configuration as the car (although they have a selection by VIN), such a file with links can be compiled in 2 minutes and they charge an additional $ 1000. They waited a little for the car and took it in half with grief. And this is only part of all the problems that they had. Never in your life even think of applying here. The reviews are sure that they were bought because I have already found many brothers in misfortune. They do a better job of infotaining with emptiness.
