A very strange place, and even more strange are the huge repair deadlines. If you are handing over a vacuum cleaner, then you also need a box, which I threw away on the second day because it is large. Now apparently my vacuum cleaner can be fucked up. The vacuum cleaner was also dusty. This also caused indignation, although I washed it. The repair period is from 14 days to infinity (apparently diligently). By the way, before that I called another service, a paid one, they said two days. Well, customer orientation and free warranty repairs are harsh things. Although they have not yet accused that the breakdown occurred due to exploitation. An employee of the department named Roma is well done, do not deprive him of money for organizing the work of the service, which he cannot influence. The defect of the product lasted two weeks - this is "strong"! "Thank you" for the "customer orientation"! And Roma - well done!
