You can't just insert a bill, you need to buy tokens at the checkout. And the most interesting thing is that you can pause the water, but the time itself is not paused. There is no canopy and normal lighting above the drying place, vacuum cleaners and turbo dryers are also paid, and they are also on tokens. One token turns them on for 20 seconds, which costs 5,000 soums. I'm afraid if you wash the car here, you'll have to look for and go to another car wash. Or if you want, there are guys with their own car wash who will wash your car if you can't cope :)
