For three years in a row, we have been coming from Tashkent to Afsona to the water park every summer. A very large area, many interesting slides and different pools, a children's area with slides and obstacles is just super. But this year the dirty water was upset, in those pools that are under the slides, it was cloudy and unpleasant. Apparently, it has not been changed or filtered for a long time.
Another point that is not clear to us from year to year is the presence of a banner fence in the center of the water park, why is it?! It is very inconvenient to constantly bypass it.
This year I took a chance to ride on the most extreme slide - Rocket: it's adrenaline, it's cool, but I won't go on it anymore 😅 I generally didn't see anyone there who would go on it a second time after one descent 😄
In general, the water park is interesting for both adults and children, we will definitely come here again, but it is better in early summer, while the water is clean.
Positive:
- lots of space
- Quite interesting and diverse slides.
- Before the visit, the pricing policy was improved and now one tariff is 100 thousand for the whole day, but you can not leave the territory.
Minuses:
- the water is simply from the channel and is not filtered, it is not processed because of this, there is a smell from it in places, mud floats in pools, algae on the walls and bottom.
- the park is not being monitored. Obviously, it is not cleaned even at least once a year, judging by the growing algae.
- also, in places, the tile is dangling so dangerously that you can stumble, fall and get injured. It seems like it's a big deal to straighten out a dozen or two tiles, but it will become much safer.
Overall, the feelings are mixed. It seems to be good and on a grand scale, and there is a lot of space and prices have improved, but the quality of the water, dirt and swollen tiles spoil the experience. If it were possible, I would put 3.5 stars, but as it is, I have to round it up to 4. But 4 is still too much.
One of the best Aqua parks in Uzbekistan is big, clean, neat, lots of slides, the prices are good, I often go with my family, the children really like it.
A great place to spend holidays with children! The water this year was clean and transparent!!! And the prices for visiting the aquarark are acceptable.
A water park for men. The feeling that you got to a corporate party of men in black underpants, there are almost no women. Besides me and my friends, there were 5-7 women. And then - all in closed swimming suits, none in swimsuits. The women did not swim, but only looked after the children and sat on deck chairs. The park is definitely aimed at men! They don't let you go on the slides if you: a) don't have 60 kg (I'm an adult aunt, but I don't have 60) and b) if you're under 18 years old. That is, the category of children from 10 to 18 is generally excluded from entertainment here. They are invited to hang out in children's areas for toddlers. Where, by the way, the water is very cold, because it comes from the pipes. Therefore, there are only adult men on the slides. The pools are dirty, you can't even see your feet at the bottom. There is one women's locker room, two men's. In the women's room, everything is done bluntly. Instead of a spacer for the curtain, there is a plastic pipe sitting on one nail, which fell when trying to move the curtain. The watering cans from the shower are removed and lying on the floor, because the hose is all torn and gushing. The shop doesn't have half of the boards, which is why things are falling. In general, this is a guard! I highly recommend it. Everything is very, very bad.
The water park is new and there is almost no vegetation. There is only one cafe on site where you can have a fast food snack. There are plenty of slides. The water is the most transparent. In my opinion, this is the best water park in Uzbekistan!!!!
