Location-only if you are driving a car and it does not matter to you to live in the suburbs or the city and what is next door! Next door is 1 small store! The room is nice, but there were not enough kitchen utensils for the family type. Cleaning is a boorish attitude (the cleaner took and threw all our food from the table into the trash). If the price at the time of arrival is not high, then you can consider this option, if it is high, look for something else!

Nice, new hotel! Polite and helpful host! Minus that on the edge of the city. But it's quiet and peaceful! I recommend it!
