Hello, the trial with this tour company ended not long ago. I came according to reviews, booked a tour and paid an advance payment. I drew attention to the contract, which is unreadable, very small print, asked “he's a typical one”, they said yes. Everything was signed well, 10 days before departure, I had an off-schedule operation. I couldn't get through to the manager, I barely got through for a day. In general, we could not agree, because they said that for moving 10 days later, air tickets are 100% fine. I asked for the director's phone number, an unpleasant person, and the conversation didn't work out either. After talking with the director, a pre-trial claim was sent half an hour later. And so the trial began, where the claim of the tour company was not satisfied. They asked to pay the full cost of the tour referring only to the contract, they could not provide any evidence of the losses incurred.
