We visited this restaurant twice - before the New Year holidays and before Christmas.
The first time only 2 or 3 tables were occupied, in addition to ours, the second visit was a full landing, as a result, it was very noisy (it would not work to communicate calmly in this case).
The main advantage of the establishment is good cuisine, decent beer.
There were no special comments on the service during the first visit. They ordered according to the menu, brought all drinks, snacks and main dishes in a natural order.
On the second visit, the menu was not given, they said, an order via an electronic menu via a qr code. At the same time, the method of ordering the hostess (or the administrator?) I didn't explain it properly, then I just had to explain everything to the waiter again in words and pictures. OK, we ordered beer, croutons, kebab and barbecue for two. The beer is almost finished, the kebab and kebab were brought. There are no croutons. We looked at them as if they were strange - "everything is being prepared, we will bring it later." Well, we're waiting. We ordered another beer (also not without jokes: "what kind of beer is this, can you tell me ..? - It's local, Georgian" - that's all the explanation ...). They brought me beer, they forgot it for my husband. Also, in the end, CHICKEN WINGS were brought instead of croutons. To our fair remark that we did not order it, the administrator, without even trying to figure out the situation, immediately stated that we had made a mistake and ordered exactly this ("croutons with garlic - and wings, too, with garlic"). We insisted - and we were saved by the fact that my husband marked the entire order in the electronic menu - he also showed the order to the waiter there. The administrator nevertheless decided to talk to the waiter, as a result they admitted that they had made a mistake, they brought croutons. When all the drinks were already drunk))) I note that they did not even verbally apologize to us for the error in service, it was unpleasant that you were, as it were, by default guilty of inattention of the staff (((
Also be prepared that the waiters, even those who speak Russian, will persuade you to communicate in English. Although many local guests in the establishment speak, and even order in Russian. It's not a problem, it's just a weird thing.…

Great place! We passed by, and you can't see from the outside that there are a lot of people there. We thought it was not a popular place, but it is not. There was only one table available. Huge portions. Everything is delicious. Refined beer + ribs (half a portion(!)) is my personal recommendation.

It's a good place, the beer is delicious, the portions are large, dinner with wine for two came out to 82 lari.
The only thing that can be improved is to add less salt to the dishes
