A very cool hotel with inexpensive but incredibly delicious Armenian cuisine. Very clean rooms, constant cleaning, change of towels and slippers, the presence of a room climate control system (you can both cool and warm up the room depending on the weather), so that the temperature is always comfortable! Nice staff. We spent a week there, we are very pleased that we chose this particular hotel

A great new hotel near the airport for your money. It takes 10-15 minutes by taxi to the center, depending on traffic jams and for the price of just a penny.
A cozy large room with everything you need. Cleaning, changing towels and replenishing with water is daily.
The breakfasts are great. A buffet is provided if the hotel is full or individual.

A new neighborhood is being built nearby, but the construction did not interfere at all during our stay.
The owner of the hotel went to meet us and helped us solve the situation of canceling one of the rooms for our company. The staff is very friendly.
During our trip, we stayed in several hotels, so there is something to compare it with. The price corresponds to the quality by 100% and even more. I recommend this hotel!

Great hotel. We stopped by at night after the plane, contacted via WhatsApp at 5:30 a.m., the administrator responded very quickly. It takes 17 minutes by taxi from the airport. Very clean, pleasant and helpful staff, comfortable lounge area. The price is also optimal for such a service.

Terrible attitude towards the guests! We arrived early in the morning, informed the administrator that we were already leaving at night and needed a room for less than a day! We stopped by at 8 a.m. and paid for a day's stay in the amount of 20t AMD, at 12 a.m. the administrator calls that the time is up and we need to move out! After paying for a day in this hotel, they are kicked out after 4 hours!! Supposedly check-out is at 12, I explain that we had an early check-in! By the way, the room price on the website is 14400 AMD! To which the receptionist at check-in said that this cost is at check-in at 12:00!!! And not only that, for the first time they gave the keys to someone else's room, they went in and there a naked man meets them! I do not recommend this hotel at least for such service! This is the first time I have met with such a person, especially in Yerevan, where they always treat everyone with respect and customer-oriented attitude!
As a result, the director decided that there was a misunderstanding and we can stay until the evening! Thank you for that at least!

A cozy hotel. The location is not very convenient, it is not far to the center. Takchi is not expensive. The rooms are large, but the neighboring rooms are very audible. It feels like there are no partitions in the bathrooms. All the conversations are clearly audible.

We rented a room here for a relative, she lived several times and for a long time. According to her, they can really come in whenever they want, despite the "do not disturb" sign, and after knocking on the door, they immediately open it and catch the visitor by surprise. The room is not vacuumed (carpet on the floor), garbage is taken out untimely. Overall, the impression of the hotel is pleasant, the staff is polite.

Let's just say, thanks to this hotel, the impression of staying in the capital of Armenia is pretty spoiled... I lived in it for a month.
The staff, in principle, has no concept of personal space.
No signs will stop anyone. They will just come into your room, opening the door with their key, no matter what you are doing.
Cleanliness, for a C grade.
They don't always clean up.
I took out the trash myself a couple of times. Breakfast is monotonous. It's not tasty. I didn't like it. From the word at all.
