We stayed at this hotel November 2024. The location of the hotel is very convenient, with the condition that it is now one-way traffic on Jomtien. There was a deluxe room with a sea view. The room is large, the bed is comfortable. The view from the room is stunning, the balcony is huge, but..
there is no safe in the room, it is at the reception.
There are no shelves for linen. There are only two towels for the shower, no towels for the face. Shower gel, shampoo, soap, hair dryer.
Cleaning is three minus. The balcony is not cleaned or washed at all. The shower has a built-in watering can in the wall, in order to wash your hair, you need to press yourself against the wall, the water from the shower head beats in several streams, since the rest are clogged. Of course, it's a problem to wash up. The air conditioner is normal, there are no complaints, it is silent.
The breakfasts are disgusting, I regretted once again that I took a hotel with breakfast, an extra waste of money.
But anyway, all these disadvantages were blocked by the view from the balcony. Oh, yes, there are no chairs or tables on the balcony. For three days we asked them to put chairs for us, since we had been living for almost a month, we wanted to enjoy the views. Relax on the balcony. They refused right away, but then they brought it anyway.
In general, you can live, you liked the room, not counting all the shortcomings. Near the Lighthouse night market, the famous Crocodile cafe (our favorite)
Oh, I forgot, there is a swimming pool, clean, not small. Like everywhere else , it works until seven .
There are practically no sun beds.
Beach towels are provided at the reception. The staff is good-natured, always with a smile, they help in any way they can.
In principle, I recommend it, but without breakfast.

We stayed at the hotel from 23.12-31.12
We arrived early in the morning, check-in at 14.00, I had to pay 750 Baht for early check-in, I liked the room as a whole, but the amenities included a bed, a sofa and a table
If the table can still be dragged onto the balcony, then sit only on the cushions from the sofa, on the balcony I could only ask to sweep, washing is not their specialty
They only give you 2 large towels and 2 bottles of water , gel and shampoo in the shower , that 's all , no brushes , no soap , no face towels
The breakfasts are modest, but there is something to eat.
The pool is small and in the shade, you can relax and sunbathe in places.
10-15 buses with Chinese arrived every evening, and until they left, it was better not to go to breakfast.
The deposit is 1000 Baht per room

In 2024, the hotel was clean every day, beds are changed, floors are washed, etc. the kitchen is only based on breakfast, the food is monotonous every day, the view of the bay is beautiful, the staff at the hotel is kind, the pool is open until 18:00 hours, you can sunbathe nearby there are night markets, etc., we drove to walking street by tuk tuk for 20 baht for two people in general, the hotel is not bad, the furniture is already old
