An excellent hotel in its 3* category. The location is great. Everything is clean, daily cleaning, change of towels every day. The breakfast is not varied, but it's good, you definitely won't stay hungry. There is no hairdryer in the room, but it can be requested at the reception. Friendly staff. The room is spacious and cozy. There is only one swimming pool on site, but it is quite large. If you did not come to sit in the room and on the territory of the hotel, then this is a great option for an adequate price to stay in the very center of the city. If I go to Pattaya again, I will choose this hotel again.

The hotel is good, the breakfasts are not very varied, but they are edible, the fruits are really cut a little, you have to wait for them to be taken out again. Very good location - everything is nearby. The pool is great. It is advisable to choose rooms on the right side of the building, on the left there is a temple and a monastery of Buddhists, and they start praying early - you can hear them. The rooms are clean, I had a hairdryer in my room.

The hotel corresponds to 3 stars. The rooms are clean, daily cleaning. Toiletries and water are replenished daily. Large and clean swimming pool. 50% of the rooms have a sea view. I recommend it myself, if possible, I will come to this hotel again.

I don't understand people who write positive reviews. I've been to Pattaya 3 times already and this is the worst hotel I've been to.
So, let's get started:
1. The mirror in the room is moldy and no one changes it.
2. The bathtub was leaking and looks terrible. It's all yellow and wildly old. See the photo.
3. The room cleaning is disgusting.
4. The bed linen is dirty.
5. Average lousy breakfasts. The only things you can eat are eggs and fruits.
The hotel is very old and I didn't notice any advantages at all. It's better to add a little and choose a more interesting hotel.
Oh, that's what else I remembered: the breakfast plates are all chipped. Well, holy shit, could you buy new plates?

I had a rest in 2014. The location of the top is the best you will not find there! It was very cool to live, balconies facing the sea, gorgeous views ... especially the last floor

I'll start with the pros, the location is gorgeous, the second street from the sea came out right away, along which I took a Tuk tuk and went even to the festival, even though terminal 21 is not far from the Lotus, gorgeous! Also near Volkenstreet street 5 min walk! The staff is good, everyone is trying their best!But there is also a minus, although this is not particularly a minus, the breakfasts are monotonous egg bowl, sausages, some soups I do not know did not eat, cucumbers, tomatoes, greens, watermelon fruits and something else, cookies, there is a toaster for bread, juice, coffee,tea! Considering that you can eat everywhere, this is normal. The main thing is that the pool is normal, because of course the sea in the center is not very good, although someone is swimming! I liked everything! Will I come back to the hotel again? I'll say yes and come back!

We were at the hotel from January 22 to February 2, the hotel is not fully operational after the "pandemic" , several floors are occupied! Since there are not many people in the hotels, everything was fine with us ! We cleaned and changed towels every day ! The breakfasts are monotonous , rice , noodles , broth , sausage , sausages , fried egg , everything is cold , even if you come by 7 a.m. , but not peppery , not salted , and this is a plus , watermelon fruits . The most important plus is the location ! The receptionist is helpful, they will always help! There is a safe, free at the reception! In general, the hotel is not bad , but with full occupancy, it is doubtful, it seems to me that to have breakfast, you will also have to queue at the table, there are not very many of them there !!!

The breakfasts are monotonous. There are few dishes. For me, there were only fried eggs. But on the 5th day I couldn't look at them anymore. Once in the morning, fatty spicy fish and chicken did not climb earlier. Of the fruits, only watermelon and pineapple. The mattress in the room is very hard. The feeling that the board is covered with fabric. On day 7, my sides hurt. There is no duvet cover. It's just a blanket lying between two sheets. It's not very convenient. I don't think the blanket is washed after every guest. They forgot to leave coffee in the room a couple of times. Toilet paper is put on a scanty roll for two guests. The pool is very nice. The location is great. In general, to finalize the details and it will be great. But it does not reach it yet, so it is only 3.

The hotel is quiet (both outside and inside), the location is good for those who go to Koh Larn from the pier. Our windows overlooked the bay, i.e. the city. The higher the floor, the more picturesque the sea view. You can't hear the second street, and it's not noisy from the cafes nearby either. There are a lot of parking spaces. At night, oddly enough, sometimes only drunken Russians were yelling in the corridor, including Indians, who were calming them down, but they could not be heard. There are no Chinese either. Breakfast is normal: 2 types of fruits (watermelons, pineapples), hot dishes with meat and vegetables (chicken, pork), sometimes spicy, fried eggs, 2 types of sausages, pancakes, boiled and fried potatoes, greens, sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, cabbage, toast with jam, soups for self-preparation, coffee in a thermos, tea, dry cream. Everything is edible and quite tasty. The superior room is large, clean, with an LCD TV, Wi-Fi, ample lighting, and a gorgeous view of the city on the upper floors. But there is no balcony. A cosmetic refreshing renovation would also not hurt the hotel. The dining room is large, but worn. The tablecloths are faded, stained, full of holes, they are removed from the tables with a wave of a rag, they put scary "reserved" signs on half of the tables near the windows, but they do not try to expel you from there if you have already sat down there. The chairs are also stained and there are threads sticking out from the upholstery. Of course, there is not much cleanliness, but if you do not pay close attention to this, then you can have breakfast. "Carrots" are also found at breakfast, although they cannot be officially brought to the hotel)). The dishes are also not new, but at first glance they are clean. Soap, shampoo, and toilet paper were added every day. The bathroom in our room was renovated not so long ago, so the view was quite decent. The doors in the rooms are wooden, old-fashioned locks with a key. Safe at the reception. Nothing was stolen from the room, but Thai black hair was in the bag with things, it may have accidentally fallen from the floor. They cleaned normally, there were always 2 bottles of free water, glass bottles, were subject to return. The bar in the refrigerator is paid. the deposit at the hotel is 1000 baht. There are only 3 towels, 2 large and 1 for legs for two. It's not convenient, but you can survive. That's just that they are poorly washed and do not have a pleasant second-hand smell. The foot towel did not seem to change during the entire period. I note that there are no duvet covers in the hotel. The blanket is wrapped in 2 sheets. It's not convenient. We didn't swim in the pool. In general, it is possible to live there, if you do not pay dearly for accommodation. Yes, the hotel is now washing the floor in the lobby, not even washing, but polishing, so it becomes cleaner and fresher. If the hotel is washed and cosmetically repaired, you can make a decent 4 out of it, but then the price will probably change. Enjoy your stay in Thailand, because first of all it is the sea, the sun and the delicious gifts of nature.

We had a rest from February - March 2020, in this hotel. The location is convenient, near Wallin Street within walking distance of 5 minutes, Pier, Royal and Tuk Tuk to terminal 21 and the festival. The hotel itself is already a little old, the mattresses are too hard (as if you sleep on springs that are not bent), well, everything is already tired.

Very nice Hotel, room cleaning every day. Breakfast is the same every day, but it's not bad. The hotel has a swimming pool. The islands can be reached by ferry 30 minutes. Take photos of the mini bar upon arrival. The water is free, but you do not need to throw the glass bottle out from under it into the trash, they will charge you for it, put the empty bottle back on the tray. You can safely order a taxi at the reception.

I'm flying to the hotel for the third time. The location is great, who goes to Koh Lan or the Beach Itself. Bali Hai is 15 minutes away. Volkin Street 5 min. The hotel has a magnificent swimming pool with Jacuzzi. The breakfasts are good, it must be borne in mind that this is 3 stars. Honestly, there is a choice, you will not starve.
Don't read the reviews. Some write that they arrived at the hotel at six in the morning, were not accommodated, and were not fed. Everyone knows that check-in starts at 14:00, and breakfast is not included on the day of arrival. Because check-in is at 14:00.
Yes, there are Hindus and Bangladeshis in the hotel, they do not bother. It's good that there are no Chinese, because they have groups of 50 people.
It is better to book a De Lux room in this hotel, they do not differ much in price and there will definitely be no problems.
The disadvantage of the hotel is that there are no face towels. They give two large ones to the room. I don't know what this is about.

A large hotel in the center of Pattaya. On the Second Street. Even if you reach the sea, you will not swim there anyway, because the sea is muddy and there is a lot of garbage. Go either to the beach near the Pattaya Park hotel or to the islands, which will take 1 - 1.5 hours one way. Geographically advantageous for visiting shopping malls and Wollking Street.

In my opinion, not the best hotel complex, but also not the worst, so 50/50. Pros: located in the center from where you can go in any direction, not so far from the pier, all shops are within walking distance, near observation decks overlooking the island, WiFi, swimming pool, air conditioning, room cleaning.

Old renovation, small choice of food, the view of the city is scanty. The pool is super. Cleaning is rare, the floor is not washed. The tiles are cracked in places, the sockets are hanging out, it is impossible to use. There is no safe in the rooms.
