While relaxing at the hotel, we visited the spa center. There were problems in the neck and collar area, and I was in constant pain. First, they offer 5 minutes of free massage, so to speak, acquaintance with a massage therapist and diagnosis. We bought a subscription for 5 sessions. The massage therapist is Eva, a young Russian-speaking woman, a master of her craft! She's pleasant to talk to and has a good personality. It became much easier after the first two sessions, and after 5 sessions we forgot about the problem. She also gave recommendations. We highly recommend it. The spa center also has a hammam, a swimming pool (there is an entrance from the street). There were practically no people there, because in April, in principle, there were still few vacationers in the hotel itself. There you could exchange beach towels for clean ones or in exchange for cards. Care cosmetics are on sale. If necessary, the staff provides consultations in Russian. Regarding payment: in Turkey, our cards are blocked due to sanctions, but in the spa you can pay in dollars, euros, rubles, as well as by transfer to a savings bank card. There is also a fitness center (entrance through the spa or from the street), but since tourists began to enter there in flip-flops, the entrance from the street was closed. You could only enter through the spa if you had clean athletic shoes. Exercise equipment, water, towels - everything is there. We practiced mostly in the morning, then no one.
