The prices do not match the quality. There was a case when they stated 1 price for a room for 2 people and when checking out they demanded an additional one.payment for the second person??! Kaaak? A room for two. 2 separate beds. The cost is above $ 100 and pay separately for the second person?! In general, please specify. Be careful!

Excellent hotel, polite staff, special attention should be paid to such a cool room cleaning I see for the first time and I say this without any sarcasm, the spa complex is excellent, the food is delicious both in the restaurant and the breakfast buffet, it is clear that the staff is trying and reputation above all!

Инфраструктура не поддерживается (Паровая баня плохо работает, душевые шланги отваливаются, локеры не всё работают, крыша в зале подтекает).
Странные посетители (смотрят футбол громко на смартфоне в зоне СПА, требуют выйти из хамама когда там их жены и т. п.)
В зале запах кавролина.
