Of the cons: the salon management got stuck in 2010, there is no service, when you come to a spa procedure, you are usually offered at least water or a cup of tea, you bought a bottle of water at the checkout, a rug and a shower curtain, from the last decade.

After I left the salon yesterday, I saw that the spa procedure was supposed to last 85 minutes, in fact it lasted an hour, which also raised questions, since it costs 2 times more expensive than a massage, which also lasts an hour, but differs in applying a scrub and taking a shower.
A huge disappointment.
He brought his underage daughter for a consultation with surgeon Alexander. They wanted to remove several moles. The surgeon was very rude, behaved arrogantly and boorishly. He answered questions reluctantly, as if he was doing us a favor. It was obvious that everything annoyed him.
like any parent, I asked the usual questions – what would be the results, what to expect after the procedure. And the climax came when I asked how long the procedure takes. Then he got angry and said that they don't ask us such questions, you have strange questions, as if I had asked something incredible. We refused the procedure and left. I find it hard to believe that at a time when all businesses are fighting for the customer and improving the quality of customer service, such a "doctor" works with people.
I do not recommend this center to anyone.

I came for eyebrow lamination and tip trimming. I was at Tatiana's "master". During the procedure, the master periodically left and talked on the phone. She applied the products to her eyebrows, walked away every time she applied the product and chatted on the phone the whole procedure, thereby she burned the skin of the eyebrows and around the eyebrows. without specifying what color I need for my eyebrows and whether I need eyebrow coloring at all, she applied paint to me.
I said that this color is very dark, she didn't listen to me. I'm blonde, she made my eyebrows black. It looks terrible. I told her about it, she tried to fix it, which burned the skin even more. After telling the administrator about this, she said that everything was fine and there was no reaction to my outrage.
When Tatiana cut my ends, she did not put a negligee on me, thus my clothes were in my hair.
I am not happy with this salon and will never come back and will not recommend it to anyone.

It says that he is a surgeon of the highest category, but he clearly does not know how to work with a laser. Plus rude and boorish treatment... After such a "specialist", there was no desire to contact this salon at all, although there are very worthy masters there.
