In a distant city, where the streets were paved with cobblestones and the aroma of fresh rolls was in the air, there was a cozy hotel. It was located in the heart of the city, next to the market square and the train station.
Every morning at the hotel began with the wonderful smell of fresh croissants and fragrant coffee. The guests woke up from this magical aroma and went to breakfast, which was not only delicious, but also beautifully served.
The hotel was always clean and tidy, as if it was cleaned every hour. There were soft carpets on the floors and elegant vases of flowers in the corridors.
But the most important thing is the location of the hotel. Thanks to this, guests could easily reach anywhere in the city. In the morning, they could stroll around the market square, where vendors offered fresh fruits, vegetables and souvenirs. And in the evening, tired after walking, they could comfortably sit down at the train station and go on a trip.
So the hotel in the city center became a place where every guest felt at home. He was glad to see new visitors and was always ready to give them a little magic and comfort.
I stayed at the hotel for 8 days in October 2024.
Pros:
Good breakfasts.
The convenient location of the hotel.
Polite staff.
Cons:
The breakfast restaurant is in the basement (sad view) and is not designed for the number of vacationers in the hotel (you often have to queue to get into the hall). Such a service has not been found in any country in the world for 4-star hotels.
Using two elevator cabins is problematic - you can expect 10 minutes.
For 8 days, the room was not cleaned (although they warned that it was cleaned 1 time in 3 days).
There are technical flaws in the equipment of the room (a kettle in a furniture niche, plumbing taps with flaws, plastic baths are not convenient....).
Conclusion: this is the first and last time in this hotel.

A wonderful hotel in the city center. Comfortable bed, good sound insulation, decent breakfasts. I liked the room very much. One drawback. The hotel does not have its own parking. I had to park my car in a paid public parking lot 800 meters from the hotel.
We had a rest on June 6 and bought a "verromantic package" with champagne and cakes upon arrival. As a result, the reception successfully ignored the request to bring all this immediately upon arrival. At 21.00, upon returning from a walk, we found that there was still nothing in the room. I expressed my bewilderment to the reception staff and asked them to delete all this from the bill. As a result, after a few minutes, the girl from the reception asked to accept champagne as an apology from the hotel. In the morning, however, this champagne was included in our bill. I reiterated my position to the staff, but this did not affect the hotel's decision in any way not to be financially responsible for the holiday spoiled for us, we came to celebrate our birthday. I consider this behavior of Inga's employee to be a real fraud. I have never seen such a disrespectful attitude towards my guests at any hotel. I do not advise anyone to take this "romantic package". The hotel itself is very good. The rooms are cozy, the breakfast is wonderful. But thanks to Inge, there is no desire to return .
A great hotel for transit passengers. 300m from the terminal. Naturally, without taxis and buses.
There is no cafe. But...you can walk to the airport cafe.
A great choice for breakfast - better than some big hotels. Pleasant reception, there is a printer to print tickets. The bus station is a 3-minute walk away (but through an underground passage without an elevator).
Expensive spa, I haven't tried it.
It is better to take a view of the courtyard if there are rooms available.
A great hotel. There is a spa complex. Excellent breakfast. The rooms are spacious and clean. Located in old Riga! I liked everything. The only thing is that there is no Parking, I had to put it in the shopping center in a 5-minute walk. 14 euros per night .
This is a classic pseudo 4* star hotel. At the exit, the staff does not care about the guests, the level of service is like in a hostel or 2* hotel. Thin walls, services don't work at night, the hotel dies out after 9. Thanks sucks. I do not recommend it, it is absolutely not worth your money
We got a large, clean and cozy room on the second floor with panoramic windows. The hotel is located in the old town. Very convenient. The staff brought bed linen for the child late in the evening. Everyone speaks Russian.
The room was equipped with a spa. After asking about the bathrobes in the room, the reception shrugged, saying no, go like that. The breakfasts are good. There is no portion sugar, cream. For some reason, the tables are not served: a napkin and cutlery. Unreal audibility. Any rustle, rumble, groan can be heard outside the walls. It is well located, close to the old town. We will not settle in it anymore. The whole ground floor smelled of chlorine, where there is a reception and a bar. The spa is funny. The mini room offers a cold hammam and a sauna with 80 degrees. A cold Jacuzzi and a tiny swimming pool.
All for a solid five. Location, service, breakfast. The hotel is clean and comfortable.

We visited the spa in February 2020 in the evening. The area of the thermal baths and Jacuzzi is small, no more than 100 sq. m. meters. The cost of the service for 2.5 hours for two is 25 euros. The spa and Jacuzzi area has a hammam, sauna, 2 Jacuzzis, 4 sun beds. In my opinion, the spa area can accommodate no more than 20 people, but there were about 50 guests during our visit, which made the rest extremely uncomfortable.
It's not 4 stars in any way... 4 stars in Turkey is better!
There is no cleaning of the premises.
The hotel is declared as a Spa, but does not pull out. Bathrobes and towels are an even gray color. The robes are shabby and with holes. One day, the bathrobes were taken from the room... They didn't bring it... everything is smooth.
We must pay tribute, the staff is responsive... Good location area. Good breakfasts. Three stars is the maximum.
