A good hotel in the historical center of Prague, the main advantage of this hotel is the staff. I would especially like to mention
the work of Diana's manager, a very responsive and polite employee. The living conditions at the hotel are normal without any special frills, everything you need in the rooms is there, there were interruptions in wi-fi on the 5th floor, there is a cafe on the roof with a view of the city, cool.We had a vacation in Prague in January 2020. Thanks again to Diana!!!
A wonderful hotel , we are staying for the second time . Next to the Wenceslas Square , all excursions depart from it. Russian-speaking staff, very clean and cozy. Delicious breakfasts , patio . Everything is wonderful. I recommend it!
Everything is fine, I lowered half the score, there was a weak light in the corridor of the room and personally I did not have enough kettle, I took tea, helped out a thermos, took boiling water during breakfast. It's a miracle that I took a thermos for the first time. Thank you for the gift and congratulations on my 65th birthday, it's nice. The terrace is beautiful. The maids did well, special thanks. We are planning to come here in the future.
the hotel is comfortable and everything is within walking distance, and you don't need to write a lot about breakfast - excellent
friendly staff, thanks a lot to Rodion
When choosing the photo, there was a room with 4 windows and all the beds were in a row. In fact, they moved into an attic room, only one window was opened for ventilation. The second one was scored. One bed was in an alcove, where it was very stuffy. It was written on the website that there is a kettle in the room, in fact they refused even at the reception. They said it wasn't supposed to be. Don't believe the data on the site. In fact, it's not like that! One of the advantages is delicious breakfasts in a pleasant kitchen.
