In fact, the car provided was different from the one in the photo. The condition is worse, but not bad. Everything went without incident: the car ran briskly, was accepted quickly, the deposit was returned. In terms of price / quality ratio, it is an excellent rental option with a 350 km daily mileage.

The car was delivered on time, clean, the one I ordered. The return of the car was also without problems. But then the surprises came, it turns out that they deduct the cost of washing from the deposit (at the most expensive price in Minsk). It is written in the contract, but without the amount. As a result, 65 rubles were deducted from the deposit (300 rubles), and taking into account the exchange rate difference, the loss amounted to 85 rubles.. They were in no hurry to make a refund, they received the money back almost a week later when they started writing to them.
I will not contact them anymore. There are a lot of rentals in Minsk, where there are no such hidden payments, or they are immediately warned about them.
It's an inconvenient site, you can't see which cars are free. It would make the selection time much easier. You leave a request for a car, they call you back in 2-3 hours.
SMS messages ... in Whatsapp are also answered with a long delay. For this reason, I rented a car from another company
