Hello! I want to write a review about a driver named Andrey. The Pervomaisk-Kirovsk-Moscow route. We wanted to hand over the bag. The dispatcher gave him his phone number. I discussed it with him, the bag will be delivered on the 29th by 15.30. I clarified the possibility of canceling the bus. The driver replied that the bus would go and it was safe to bring the bag. The bag was taken by taxi from Ivanovka. It turned out that the bus broke down and the driver Andrey did not warn. Was it really difficult to warn?!We lost money on taxis, nerves and time.
I strongly advise against transferring bags through Pervomaisk and even more so through the driver Andrey.You may find yourself in such a situation. The dispatchers are not responsible for the bags. And it is difficult for the driver to warn about the cancellation of the flight.

On 06/21/2024, a ticket was purchased for this flight from Moscow to Lugansk.
During boarding from the Salarievo bus station from 14.30 to 14.45, the driver of this bus demanded all passengers, without exception, to hand over their hand luggage to the luggage compartment when boarding the bus, even women with women's handbags.
I was also told in a rude boorish manner by this driver to put my purse with my personal belongings in the luggage. In 9 years of traveling, I have never met such boorish, rude and audacious behavior on the part of drivers.
I refused the driver and told him that my handbag was a carry-on bag, which did not exceed the norm in size and its contents did not exceed 3 kg, and it would stay with me.
This driver began to raise his voice at me and in a rude boorish manner refused to take me on board this flight.
He demanded that I go to the ticket counter and hand over my ticket back, as he was not going to put me on his bus without fulfilling his requirement.
Please emphasize that this was not a request, but a demand in an insolent form.
In response, I asked him a question; what is the difference between luggage and hand luggage? He could not answer my question and demanded to fulfill his demand.
In this situation, all passengers have put their hand luggage in the luggage compartment except me.
After checking my ticket and passport with the security guard, I entered the bus cabin and took my seat according to the purchased ticket.
After that, the driver ordered me to get off the bus.
Then he came up to me and boldly snatched my purse from my hands and got off the bus, throwing it into the luggage compartment.
Rudeness of the highest degree, words cannot convey. I will complain about them to the Ministry of Transport and Communications.
Again I had to go with a closed company and again one check-in. Why? Yes, because the website shows the price for a ticket from Lugansk to St. Petersburg 4,500 rubles, and at the station they already charge 5,000 rubles! To the questions "why is this so?" they say that Uena has changed and all that. So why didn't they change the information on the site?! How is it? I can really count on these 500 rubles (for a taxi in St. Petersburg or something like that). So plus they also charge money for luggage (they charged me 300 rubles). As a result, 5,300!!! It's tinny. Once again, I do not recommend this carrier.
I haven't been able to contact this company for the second week. They don't answer on Viber, they read and ignore it. There is also no answer to calls. All other numbers are out of reach. Maybe you should write a complaint to the presenter's website if it helps to work normally.
I was looking for a ticket from St. Petersburg to Lugansk. I tried to book through the website. There is no feedback, none of the specified numbers are working. And everything on the site seems to be in normal mode. As a result, I bought a ticket from another carrier, on an inconvenient day for myself.
Terrible company. We bought tickets for the seats, we get on the bus, and people are sitting in our seats and they have the same seats on their tickets as we do. Drivers are not interested in passengers. Everything is very unorganized. They put people on the bus from nowhere (they were traveling from Lugansk to St. Petersburg, and some people got on in Moscow).
The website says that there is Wi-Fi, but in fact there is no Wi-Fi or the drivers do not turn it on.
The USB connectors are almost all broken.
In general, I do not recommend this company!!!
