I was leaving Bishkek for Almaty recently on 08/01/2024, at the ticket office they answered my question whether there was air conditioning in the bus, since the weather was +40 outside, and it was very far and long to go. In response, the cashier sweetly replied that all their buses are international with air conditioning. As a result, the air conditioner did not work, and the hatches were open in the bus and hot air was coming from there during the trip. Fortunately, there were no elderly passengers on the bus, I can imagine what would have happened to them. I somehow survived this journey, although I'm not young either. Therefore, be careful with your answers and do not tell lies, but in fact the picture is very sad. There are also many homeless people and alcoholics at the bus station. Since the days of the USSR, everything is too gray and gloomy. Administration, please take measures so you can not deceive people.

On business. We had to leave Bishkek for Alma-Ata. We read a lot of reviews, we were a little afraid. But we decided to try it. We arrived the day before the trip, bought a ticket at the ticket office of the bus station for 600 som for 8-00 the next day. I need a passport. The next day we arrived at 7:30, everything is fine, the bus is in place. The tickets were checked. We got in and drove off. We reached the border, crossed the border on foot, and went on by another bus. We bought a SIM card at the border without any problems for soma. You can change the money. The driver of the second bus was traveling with us from the very beginning from Bishkek. The buses are normal, it's quite warm. It was -10 outside. A normal bus station. The most ordinary one. In the morning, the exchangers near the train station are closed for a putter. I won't say anything negative. Their website really sucks, but you can get to the bottom of the pillar. There is information that the bus may be delayed or even canceled just because of the weather (snow in the mountains is no joke). Consider the forecast. We had at most 1/3 of the people on the bus, and nothing happened - let's go.
