It used to be a great hotel. Except that the breakfasts are below average - monotonous. Now the dining room has been turned into a laundry warehouse altogether - bales are lying on the bar counter.
I took off the standard - a broken brush in the bathroom, a crack in the window, it's cold in the room and especially in the bathroom. I decided to move to a suite in the hope of better service. There is also a broken brush in the suite, the underfloor heating in the bathroom does not work (it works by the bed). There is 1 outlet that does not work by the bed. A very old and dirty curtain in the bathroom - apparently it hasn't been changed since the hotel was founded. The staff was polite, they gave a kettle, an iron, and a discount, so the rating was 3, not 1. The room seems to be clean, but dust flies in the sun. There are remnants of duct tape on the ceiling, apparently from Christmas decorations, the lamps are not all lit.
Clean, the mattresses are a little harsh, there is 1 single blanket on the 2-bedroom bed, the air conditioner is noisy, and very very poor noise insulation, you can hear people laughing across the street near the cafe, shuffling slippers in the hallway, as someone opens the door, even as someone in the next room says, in general, to those who need Silence is not here. Even after a very busy day, it's hard to fall asleep in such conditions.
The breakfast is not very varied and delicious, but it will do in general.
There is a Korean restaurant downstairs, and an Uzbek restaurant opposite.
Excellent and clean hotel , convenient location . Pleasant staff , restaurants of any cuisine within walking distance and the most amazing ~ massage Thai salon The Thai right on the ground floor , amazing masters from Thailand with a lot of experience !
Positive:
- location, everything is very close
- the room was cleaned and towels were changed. The room is locked with a key, so if you want to be cleaned, you need to give the key to the reception
- except in some cases, the staff were pleasant
- everyone writes about water problems here, but everything was fine with us
- we left early, packed our breakfast with us
- the windows were on the road, nice view
Cons:
- tried to cheat with the dollar exchange rate when checking in, be careful
- the photos on the site were clearly taken from the best angles, but I wouldn't say that the rooms are completely dead, a little old, yes)
- the visible areas are clean, but under the bed you can find many interesting artifacts from past guests
- one wall lamp was not working, the other was blinking a lot
- the wardrobe was always opening
- Chinese rock art on the window slopes, dating, apparently, to March of this year (we stayed in July)
- breakfast on a solid 3+, the cheese was obviously sluggish, but you can find something to eat
- there is no water cooler, but sometimes there was bottled water at breakfast
- circus with horses to get registered. The employee wrote the passport number correctly only the third time. When they left, the employee at the counter could not close the registration, it was good that they sent it to the telegram later
- there is no kettle in the room, you need to ask
- the Internet dropped sometimes, but this is typical for Uzbekistan, so buy a SIM card
- there was a construction site near the hotel, so keep in mind. It is unlikely that it will end in the next six months
Conclusion: the place is fine, if you want it to be in this area, but for that kind of money you can look for a better option
A good hotel, fresh rooms, a comfortable mattress, beautiful snow-white linen, what else do tourists who are tired of the day need? good breakfasts and good responsive staff!
It's a good hotel, I advise you to stay there. The room is clean, the air conditioning is working, they clean on time. The staff is friendly and very attentive to their customers. The location was convenient. There is a cafe and a shop within walking distance.
A very nice hotel. High ceilings in the rooms. Everything is very clean. All employees speak Russian or English. The staff is very polite. Wonderful breakfasts (even I, a vegan, was able to find something for myself). Reasonable prices. The only thing was, it was a little cool in the room, one outlet was faulty, but these are small things. Now I dream of visiting Uzbekistan again.
The most unfortunate experience of staying at a hotel in recent years. The manager allows himself to raise his voice, threaten, and frankly declares that he is not interested in taking care of the guests. The hotel itself is a relic of the Soviet past: dirty, tiny rooms with shower curtains, disgusting breakfast and staff who do not even respond to greetings. The location is only to use a taxi. The staff is useless, they can't solve a single request. The exception is a young man from the morning shift, the only polite and kind-hearted one. All the others cause from rejection to outright anxiety.
First of all, this is a hotel, it's a chic comfortable bed, comfortable pillows, snow-white fluffy towels, the water was hot, everything works. Wi-Fi is slow, but it works, it's easier to buy a SIM card. Breakfasts - I have never been, because I walk a lot, eat tasty and inexpensive in restaurants in the city, so I sleep until lunch and I advise you. You don't need to eat at breakfast... I recommend not eating here at all before lunch.
Cons: no refrigerator, no bottle opener/corkscrew, no mini safe. Also, in my room with one bed, there was no chest of drawers for things, only a wardrobe and 2 bedside tables. Overall, I am satisfied with the hotel. It was very comfortable to sleep. UPD. I had a great breakfast last morning, I'm attaching a photo
A lovely hotel not far from the city center.
Everything you need is there: hot water, Internet, room cleaning.
There are several places nearby where you can eat.
Not bad and quite varied breakfasts.
The staff is very attentive and helpful.
A good hotel. The location is great. You can walk to the railway station or the airport. There are shops and restaurants nearby. The price tag is one of the best in the city
He lived in a hotel with his family in mid-December 2022.
- At subzero temperatures outside, there was no hot water from the word at all - the difference between cold and "hot" was maybe 5 degrees.
- The batteries were also cold - they warmed up with the air conditioners turned on to the fullest - in one room it was enough, in the other there was not enough air conditioner power and it was frankly cold.
- The Internet was constantly falling off, there was no speed.
- We booked for 3 nights - there was never a cleaning in the rooms during the entire time.
- Despite the fact that the price for rooms on the website where they were booked was indicated in dollars, dollars were still accepted, but after double conversion through soums, due to which the real cost increased (other hotels accepted dollars without problems exactly as indicated on the booking site)
As a result, the 2nd booking at this hotel was canceled and after a trip to Samarkand and Bukhara, we lived in another one in the same price category - literally 300 meters from the Western Suites - everything was fine.
Attentive staff, good breakfasts. The windows looked out onto the street, it was noisy, and construction had been going on since early morning. It is better to choose a room with windows to the courtyard😊

The hotel is good.
Cleanliness, order, high ceilings, new furniture, good Internet, delicious hearty breakfasts.
Of the minuses: a complete, complete lack of sound insulation, cardboard doors.
When checking in, ask for a room with windows not on the street, but in the courtyard.
Otherwise, you won't fall asleep. Another hotel is being built next to the hotel.
It was a long time ago, about 3 years ago, and maybe something has changed now. It was a business trip, so the rooms were not the best, but there was no expectation of luxury. The rooms themselves were normal for a small price. I didn't like what I took off the stars for - at night (regularly) someone quietly tried to get into the room, either the staff or the neighbors. I had to prop up the door with a chair. On the plus side, there is a great cafe Labi House across the street.
Breakfast has been improved. Very tasty baked ones. And special thanks to the cook, if I'm not mistaken, Dilya . As I told her 10 points out of 10.
Keep it up. And special thanks to manager Timur. A very responsive person.
Upon check-in, the hotel staff did not warn that there is no hot water in the hotel. Heating, accordingly, also did not work - they were heated by an air conditioner, which did not have enough power. It was winter and the temperature outside at that time was -7 degrees. Having taken the money three nights in advance, the administration announced that it was not going to solve the problems.
The rooms are spacious, but with a characteristic smell of tobacco, despite the fact that there are warnings not to smoke. The staff at the reception is very friendly and friendly.
I was at the hotel in December and was very disappointed. There was no hot water and heating in the hotel — the batteries were cold, and the air conditioner could not cope. The staff did not even warn about this before check-in and did not try to fix the situation.
There is no daily cleaning in the rooms. The Internet is disgusting
A good hotel, expensive, but clean and tidy in the rooms
, the service is also on the level.
But of course, there is no point in waiting for the Turkish service
I didn't like my stay at the hotel at all. someone else's hair in the shower, the room is small, there was a breeze from the window. I do not recommend it
