Where to pick up the car keys - you look for yourself, there are not enough documents in the 25 window - also by yourself. I tinkered, but I managed. Of course, you can tweak the customer service after the car arrives at the SVH, but maybe I'm wrong.
Although, my colleague brought cars through them, there were complete instructions and guidance even on the SVH (where to go, which docks are needed). It probably depends on the manager who runs the project.

Conclusion: don't count on others, look for yourself, and Eugene was patient with my changes in the search. As a result, my option was found, I found it. The dealer. Evgeny, as always, quickly punched, confirmed, and provided information for making a decision. I made the decision quickly and confirmed my intention. We paid for it. And the waiting began. The most incomprehensible thing for us (at that time) was the dealer's desire to service the car. You know, they don't give it away with a defect, Dealer! Further, these sanctions) well, this is generally a separate story, West coped with this problem for an acceptable amount. As a result, the car arrived in Minsk in August. I don't want to write too much, only the main thing is 1. the car fully meets my expectations and what Eugene wrote! 2. Defects in the form of minor scratches were eliminated by West at his own expense! 3. West fulfilled his obligations, even though they were not public throughout the entire process (which was the reason for my worries). 4.
