We visited the restaurant "White Fox" for the gastrofest, we had not been there before, but friends advised this institution. There were certain hopes for this institution, which did not come true from the word at all: starting with the service, ending with the kitchen.
5 dishes were announced. Each dish was taken out separately, and the dessert was completely forgotten. All the dishes were cold, the serving did not match the photo in the advertisement:
the dish "fried pork in sweet and sour sauce" turned out to be a la stew with cold rice and raw vegetables stuck together, the carrots looked as if scalded with boiling water, the pepper was too hot (the dish was not indicated as spicy), the mushrooms looked raw, or
the uncooked shrimp ramen was brought cold, it tasted like a brewed rollton with mustard 😂
Dessert was brought only after a reminder. When asked to bring dessert, the waiter indignantly asked the question "have you finished everything? We bring dessert after finishing the set"... What?!
We ordered an alcoholic cocktail with strawberry jam, almond syrup and white wine. It tasted like strawberry jam diluted with water, there was no smell of wine, I'm not talking about almond syrup at all, they forgot about it even more.
There is no desire to visit this institution anymore. They left in a terrible mood and hungry after the "advertised gastrofest".

I have long dreamed of visiting this place, and now, thanks to chance, I was finally able to find time to fulfill my desire. The menu here is very diverse, covering a wide range of different dishes. The prices are slightly higher than the average in the city, but quite acceptable.
Our friendly company settled down at a table and everyone made their own order, which allowed us to try many different positions. However, unfortunately, the pizzas here leave much to be desired. The filling, although quite tasty, does not fit in any way with an extremely dense and hard dough, which is almost impossible to cut or break even with your hands.
The rolls, on the contrary, are very good, but they, like everywhere else, have clearly been "embellished" with oil to give them a fresher look. Poke's dish was also not impressed - the bland taste of the rice and its firm consistency disappointed.
The drinks also upset me a lot - they were all warm, so I had to order ice additionally. As for the interior, it is very beautiful, but the hall is quite dark, which can create certain inconveniences for visually impaired guests.
In general, the visit to this institution did not meet my expectations, and I am unlikely to recommend it to my friends.

We booked a table two weeks in advance, made an advance payment and pre-ordered a week in advance. We arrived at the appointed time, the table was empty (absolutely, no appliances, no dishes). They started setting the table when we were already sitting. It was previously agreed that there would be champagne on the table (they forgot about champagne in general, I had to remind them), salads. As a result, there was nothing, the table was empty. They ordered a warm tuna salad, brought a cooled portion, which lacked potato balls. After that, the waiter agreed to replace the portion with the one described in the menu. The menu was constantly being cleaned, and it was necessary to ask the waiter to bring it. We ordered salmon steaks, which are delicious in principle, but they are all of different sizes, although the grams are indicated on the menu. There were no appliances or plates for the pizza. There were exactly one napkin for each guest.
Before that, we visited this institution (we sat on the summer playground) and there were no complaints about the service or the dishes. Therefore, the choice of the place to celebrate our celebration this time fell on the White Fox. Unfortunately, however, the impression was spoiled and it was uncomfortable in front of the invited guests. It is a pity, but there is no desire to visit this institution anymore.

On 01.12.2024 we visited this institution. We arrived as tourists, decided to eat before going back. They ordered tea and coffee (the mug was either dirty, or someone had already drunk from it) and chose food, after they chose, they found out that they had to wait for food for an hour, why not immediately say it is not clear. God be with him with the expectation, we waited, for some reason they brought fewer cutlery than we had. Salad with hair, they told the waiter about it, he took the salad with a grunt, ran away, brought another dish, quipped, "immediately see that there is no hair," the service is on top. The food is cold and generally mediocre. We drove back 11 hours, and there was only one toilet in the car. I definitely advise thrill seekers.
