The incompetent lawyer of the Baitens Tolegen Majituli. I almost intended to bring my niece under the article. He offered to pray to God and go ask for forgiveness from the accusers, who had unlawfully and unreasonably opened a criminal case through the boundless Turkestan police officers. They pressed "a witness who has the right to defend himself." They were handcuffed without court approval. They demanded confessions of guilt, refusing in the presence of a lawyer.
Tolegen Baitenov met his friend, an investigator from Turkestan in charge of the investigation, and suggested that his niece apologize to the applicant, rewrite the property and pray to Allah.
According to the article on which the case was initiated, if you rewrite even a small amount of property, you will automatically admit guilt. And then the investigation immediately has the opportunity to change the measure of restraint through the court and convict the person.
Now a professional lawyer has taken up the case, and now Turkestan investigators are running around and asking for complaints to be withdrawn from all instances, as they are being suppressed by the supervisory authorities from all sides. I also understood how to properly talk with representatives of the law and build my defense position. As a result, the accusing party withdrew its statement.
