The most wonderful impressions were left about the hotel. Very warm attitude to each client, everything is very homely, warm and attentive attitude. We checked into a room of a higher category, received a complement from the hotel in the form of baklava treats and delicious tea, and immediately offered to take us to Pamukkale National Park. The location is excellent, a 5-minute walk to the lower entrance to the national park. There is a thermal pool on site. The breakfast is great, called "mom's breakfast", lots of snacks, fried eggs and omelets, fresh pastries, delicious bread. We'll be happy to stop next time. George and Victoria, Russia

Nice hotel. We lived on the second floor, Windows facing the courtyard. Quiet, the room has three beds, clean, cozy. The breakfast is good. There is a swimming pool, after the road it is very good, they work until 22.

Good location, friendly staff. On the downside, there was no safe in the room and the price was very high for 3* (162€ per night)

The White Heaven Hotel fully lives up to its name. This is a quiet, sweet, cozy place where you are greeted by a caring staff led by an attentive Manager.
Large cozy rooms with full contents for a comfortable stay. A gorgeous swimming pool. The proximity to the Travertines of Pamukkale, it was for this reason that I was booked.
I really wanted to stay in it for a couple more nights just to relax.
The price for it is low, which was even surprising compared to other hotels, the quality is worse.
Nearby you will also find restaurants for dinner.
So I recommend it.👍

Perhaps the best place for 1-2 nights in Pamukkale. Spacious rooms, very hospitable staff, excellent Turkish breakfasts, its own territory with a swimming pool and free parking

I've stayed here twice already. Excellent service and reception as the host treats his native guests. The breakfast is very plentiful, lots of snacks. The rooms are super spacious and beautiful. The level is 5+. I will definitely come again. It is located near Pomukkale. I recommend the hotel!

We stayed at the hotel completely by accident, by chance
Very friendly staff, we were greeted very pleasantly
I wanted to stay for a couple more days
Regarding the rooms - clean, cozy, rooms on the level, expensive repairs
Nice cozy area with a swimming pool
To sum up, we are delighted
I highly recommend it

Nice hotel. They were in February 2023. The photos correspond to reality. The pool is not heated, you can swim only in the warmer months. In winter, underfloor heating is provided, even the rooms are hot. Towels and bed linen are clean, breakfast is very plentiful. Bottled drinking water is provided without restriction. The staff is very friendly (they speak English), they are happy to communicate, they advise you how to spend your time better. All the accessories are available in the bathroom.
