We stayed from November 5th to 6th for one night.
Although I booked in advance, p. h. expensive takes more than 10 hours to drive, I also asked that there be windows in the cabin, because the administrator said the cat. 800 is the one with a window, and the cat. 750 soms without windows. Then I asked that we, since I had booked 2 cabins for 4 people, leave 2 with a window.
And we arrived late in the evening, we were settled for 750, saying that supposedly I asked for it myself ((((
There are no rest cabins, but a torture chamber, because there are no windows, no panes.
At about 2 a.m., I felt sick, due to lack of air, and I went to the administrator, asked them to change our cabin, somehow get some sleep after a long trip and before a business meeting, and that I would pay extra, the answer was: "there is no free cabin."
But this is unlikely ((( They are not confused by the fact that the cabins, (this is about the cabin , in the cat .we were settled)
lived on an area of no more than 4 sq.m.
for two people.
And where our other 2 guests stayed, there was tin in general, water was flowing from the ceiling, they didn't even change it, they just brought a basin and put it on, and they didn't sleep all night because of the sound of water and lack of air.
And I spent the whole night, then I went outside, then I spent time in the kitchen at the computer
in the company of cockroaches.

I stayed in hotels from August 16 to August 20, on recommendation. Expectations were met, clean room, white linens, comfortable mattress, good wi-fi, clean bathroom, everything just shone) The staff is super! Of course, after a week on Issy-Kul, I returned to them for a couple of days, because I flew out of Bishkek. I recommend it!

Overall, a good hostel for a solid four. A small minus is the shower room (men's) alone, the cream of the small rooms for four people. Clean, cozy.

The terrible administrator made up her own rules, said that the guy who washed and washed and filled everything in, we did it. They littered in the kitchen, although there was an ideal, "they chewed" as they say everywhere, although we are clean. Horror, not service. There are countless cockroaches and insects everywhere. It's a terrible place!!!

I definitely want to praise these guys. The hotel and the hostel are in the same building. The conditions are normal, standard. The price-quality ratio is about them. The staff is very friendly. They helped a lot on many issues.

I've booked a room. I was already at the airport, they canceled my reservation, asked me to measure it in the Booking, allegedly they had a crown, but 2 days later I called them and they accept guests. They just threw it, but there were no backup options and had to spend the night at the airport. Decide for yourself whether to trust them.
