The hotel is beautiful from the outside, that's the end of the positive impressions... They took money from me first, and only then they went to show me the room, of course I didn't like it, everything was worn and wiped, the furniture was old, it was scary to be in the bathroom at all...when asked if it was possible to return the money back, the answer was negative, they referred to the fact that the money was already in the cash register and it was impossible to return it, although I paid in cash! Another trick is this, when I came the door to the balcony was open, and I did not immediately feel that everything was heavily smoky, but as soon as I closed the door and turned on the air conditioner, after 5-10 minutes I realized that everything was smoky there.... Naturally, they did not change my room, they said there were no available rooms...I had to open the door to the balcony and sleep in the heat, but the problems did not end there, the balcony overlooked the courtyard where their pool is located, music was blaring there until one o'clock in the morning, when I contacted the reception at 9 pm, they told me that the music would be turned off soon, I waited 4 hours, I was very tired, but they did not let me sleep... I have been to Armenia many times, but this is the first time...
