A wonderful hotel! Friendly staff, cleaning and change of towels every day. Turkish-style breakfasts (eggs, vegetables, salads, fresh bread, butter, jam). Unlimited coffee and tea. At breakfast, the Russian-speaking fairy Oksana will help if you have any questions. A family of 3 people visited Istanbul. Convenient location (near Halich metro station), many cafes within walking distance. The view from the terrace is simply amazing!!

1. Take a room on the 3rd or 4th floor so that you have a view of the Galata Tower. 2. The hotel is not located on the first line, but a little deeper, literally 1 street deep. 3. The metro station is nearby, on the bridge. Go out with a view of the water and the cries of seagulls. 4. Eminyunyu Marina and tram stop are one stop away from the hotel. 5. We arrived early in the morning, we were immediately seated for breakfast and immediately checked in. 6. Oksana is very friendly, very welcoming, immediately surrounds with attention and care. 7. The hotel has a great view from the roof, we went there for breakfast and tea in the morning. 8. The hotel itself has been renovated recently, clean bed linen, comfortable mattresses. The rooms are warm, cleaned every day. 9. The breakfasts are simple, but everything is fresh: there are sliced fruits, boiled eggs, sliced cheeses and sausages, a couple of salads, tea, coffee, and delicious treats. 10. They gave me a cake for my birthday. 11. Minus only 1: the elevator is broken. It didn't bother us. You can't think of a better hotel for a trip by location.

Location near the metro station, it is convenient to get from the new airport, we also quickly got to Sabiha airport, first by ferry, the ferry station is also nearby, then by metro, bus station, attractions within walking distance. There are cafes across the strait like SuperMario, do not go, they fool tourists, the menu allegedly does not price per serving, but per unit. Pass by these cafes, unsanitary conditions.

Positive: - airport transfer - convenient location - friendly staff - gazebo with a view of the city, where you can drink coffee, have lunch Minuses: - they do not clean the rooms and do not change the bed (it is stated that cleaning is once a day, and linen is changed every 3 days, as a result, linen is not changed, cleaning every other day) - the gazebo is covered in dust, there is no cleaning at all, you should be careful not to get your clothes dirty here - high audibility, it's hard to sleep - there is one small window in the triple room and it is constantly dark, it cannot be opened, as mosquitoes fly in immediately - the problem with the light is that it works on motion sensors and reacts to what is happening in the corridor, constantly turns on and prevents sleep - breakfasts are semi-finished products from the store (cheese, bread, sausage), it is cheaper to buy all this yourself and eat than to pay money - there is no towel rack

Room 403 is excellent, the view of the Golden Horn is 5 minus (the house obscures a little in the center). The staff is helpful. Cool terrace. The breakfasts are meager.
